Went in on a Thursday afternoon to buy half a dozen donuts, was received with glares from the employees. Went up to the counter to make my order and was not even greeted, just a cold abrupt, "what do you want?" Was letting them know what all I wanted, and every time they didn't have that specific donut the employee would raise their voice angrily and say "WE DONT HAVE THAT!" Their only redeeming quality is the donuts, but even those aren't anything special. Will not be coming back, I'd rather take my business to Donut Delites' stale donuts than come back and deal with these rude old racist people.

Donuts are great service is awful. The young man whom helped us was rude and had a bad attitude with me and my family.Tried again and didn't even get the doughnuts I asked for so something has to be done about the service

Probably the best in Rochester, maybe even WNY. The long lines say it all. Get early to avoid them as they have very limited space. Might be the nicest and most hardworking staff I’ve seen. You have to try the Canolli Donuts, always prepared fresh!

When I can this is my go to donut shop...their donuts are bigger is size then most shops I have visited. Go as early as you can to have a better selection, the Apple fritters, Apple squares, and glazed are my favorites., but don't get me wrong they are all good.

I stopped by today to pick up a treat for my sweet fella. He is a serious donut man. The very efficient counter crew had the line of customers we handle with smiles and of course their favorite treats. Now It's a little cramped but clean and people are happy. What more does one need from a donut shop..
