Fantastic building with exposed beams. Many brews to try, the sours are interesting and not super sweet. Good biking destination.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I tried the Lager, and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful new space for Rising Storm. The food is always amazing! Dog friendly out back.

Neat place. lots of IPAs and Sours. I wish they would read the room when deciding what music to play.

The food and beer were delicious! The chicken sandwich was so crunchy, and the sauce provided a nice acidic touch, and the bread had the perfect chewiness to stand up to it all. T-Mobile didn't give me any reception, there - but you're notified by text when your order is ready, so that was a little weird. The interior and atmosphere were a little meh - but still ok. There are two floors, but I didn't go upstairs. The staff seemed nice. There seemed to be plenty of parking - but a lot of potholes, too. The prices were higher than what I would want to pay for what I had - but that might just be me getting used to inflation.

Excellent brews, the food is unique and never misses, the staff are surprisingly attentive when they can be and fun to chat with. Absolutely recommend!!

Cool location and atmosphere, but would appreciate a broader brew selection besides IPAs and sours!

I am really glad to see the old Daisy Flour Mill revitalized. A craft brewery is the perfect business to bring the building back to life. Rising Storm has a nice selection of beer styles and a small number of food options. Unfortunately the interior renovations don't do the structure justice. The new flooring color doesn't fit the age and style of the building and the metal tables and chairs are "cheap" and uncomfortable. The two different pizzas our group had were quite tasty. The staff are friendly and attentive. The beer is good but not great for my taste.

Stopped in for lunch. We had the roni stark pizza and the Superfly sandwich. And a few flights of beer.Pizza was delicious. The roni stark pizza has honey. The honey was pronounced, but paired well with the spiciness of the pepperoni. The Superfly was excellent. The braised beef was so tender and the onion confit and Verde added layers of flavor. We had 4 beers in the flight. Amber lager was flavorful and thank God not hoppy. The scotch ale wasn't over the top strong, very drinkable.Finished with the vanilla porter and hot Mexican chocolate stout. Just a little heat in the hot Mexican stout nothing too crazy. The location is nice, with views of the park and brook. No table service, you have to go up to the bar and food counter to order and bring back to your table.Rising storm is worth a check.

I didn't know what to expect last night, with temps in the teens. I thought it might be a cold beer hall type of place with long tables. I grew up in the area and have fond memories of going to The Daisy Flour Mill for dinner so was interested in seeing what it had become. I was pleasantly surprised as it was warm inside and the tables were individual. My bf got a Scotch Ale which was so delicious I told him it would be good on ice cream (like Pavarotti used to put Modena balsamic vinegar on ice cream). I ordered a wine which was just okay (but at least they had some wine). The salsa verde pizza was to die for, loaded with cheese and tons of garlic (which I loved) and a little spinach, and the crispy corners! ... maybe just a bit too salty. With original flour equipment on display (grinders from the 1800's) and what appear to be original stained glass signs, you feel like you're in a mini museum -- so cool! They sell some nice swag and beer ... and also have an upper level. The only thing that I would do in a minute if I owned the place, would be to put a fireplace in each room -- gas would be fine or even large fake heater types to add to the ambience ... even though you do feel like you're in a lodge with lots of beams, and windows to watch the snow fall, which is awesome -- they would add a beautiful touch.

Live in the neighborhood and was excited to see how the mill was repurposed as a brewery. The beer was good and the food was surprisingly delicious. Feel a bit conflicted...I'd like to keep this hidden gem my own but I'm compelled to share with neighbors and friends. Come enjoy but save room for me!

Friendly staff, good beer selection, but could use a west coast (non hazy) IPA on the board. Had a pizza and a burger, both were great! Guy playing music, great job on restoring the mill. Worth a visit!

We finally made it to RSBC last night with a group of friends. We have been a fan of their beer for a few years now and it didn’t disappoint at their new location! All of us ordered food and it was delicious. Each one of us loved what we ordered but I have to say, the Chicken Rochester was my favorite! Don’t let the limited menu deter you. They may not have a lot of food options but what they do have, they perfected. Can’t wait to go back!
