I have been to Rita's many times and I love it! The inside has a small amount of seating, but we've always managed to get a seat. The service here is great and super quick even where there's a long line. The Italian Ice is always delicious and I love the rotating menu!

This is my favorite place to go for custard in Rochester. The Italian ice is refreshing, and the blendinis are the perfect combination of creamy, refreshing ice, and delicious details. They have lots of flavors and combos! Service was great, they were friendly. Pro tip: banana, vanilla custard, and nilla wafers blendini is just like banana cream pie!

The last Rita's in Washington state closed pre-pandemic, so my spouse made us go here twice while we were in town. He was a happy man. The gelati was just what he was craving. Service was great, everyone was lovely, and it was super clean inside.

We came in for some Rita's recently on a warm day, and it was delicious! My family and I had not been here in years, and I wish we had come back sooner!I ordered a tropical daiquiri ice, and my mom ordered a cantaloupe ice with vanilla soft serve.They were both delicious and super flavorful! I was unsure of the cantaloupe flavor at first, but it was delicious and refreshing. The tropical daiquiri was everything I hoped for it. Super tropical with its hints of coconut and sweet from the strawberry. I am sure we will be back here again soon before the summer ends!

My husband hadn't been to Rita's in a long time. We were passing through and had to stop. I got custard and he got a blending. They were both delicious and the girl working was so pleasant and helpful. Will deff be back when we're in the area.

Rita's is wath it is . I love the new margarita ice cream omg try it is so delicious y'all.. every frozen ice custard is delicious different flavors so Good y'all,believe me so tasty. And the staff are so awesome and friendly . And on this hot days Rita's is wath you need to cool off. Nice for kids and everyone they have seat inside and outside nice ambient.

I live in Philly now but it is nice to be able to get some Rita's when I am in town. This Rita's has really friendly associates and a pretty good variety of flavors (you will have to check the website to see which flavors they are offering every day).
