I ordered a pizza from this location today and I went in to pick it up and apparently I needed two forms of id to pick it up, I have never heard of having to have 2 forms of id to pick up a PIZZA. And nothing when I ordered told me I needed it so I didn’t have my id when I arrived. And the girl that was at the front counter has the worst attitude ever. Acts as though she hates her job, she needs to be reminded that if she’s gonna act like that she should be working there. Continued to roll her eyes at me and spoke to me rude and then proceeded to yell across the room at my boyfriend when he came out to the car to get me for my id. She should be working in the back and not at the front, unless that’s how you guys want your business to be presented because I know people won’t go back because of her.

Just on this one occasion the food and delivery wasn't so good delivery driver was fine just the phone conversation ordering and the preparation of the food I was charged twice for this return Burger not cool ! The first photo is of the burger unacceptable the second Burger of the reorder Burger & I was charged for it !

Salvatores Delivered My Daughter's & Me, A Large PORK Pepperoni Pizza (We Order Pork Pepperoni Pizzas Often Because My Daughters Eat Pork) Today I Decided I Wanted A Few Slices Too & Ordered Beef Pepperoni Instead. I Called In For A Replacement Because I Can't Eat Pork But They Refused To Re-Make It Stating "They're Positive The Pepperoni Is Beef" Like Someone Who Doesn't Eat Pork Wouldn't Know The Difference. (Anyone Who Does Not Eat Pork Can Smell The Pork, It Has A Very Specific Color! Lol, I'm Offended, Work From Home, Am Hungry & Pissed. So, I'm Going To Eat It (They Left A Voicemail As Proof) & When I Get Severely Sick, I Plan To Sue, This Location.

Spent $30 on a fish fry and a slice of pizza the fish was not even done when asked for it to be fried hard and there was only about 10 fry’s in the box when called to make a complain Natalie who said she was the manager pretty much told me that there nothing she can do that it wasn’t asked to be fried hard which it was and the fish wasn’t done at all and she stated that the fries are portion for the fish fry so I payed $20 for raw fish and 10 fry’s then she wanted me to drive all the way back bring the fish so she can determine if they can make me a new one mind u I live 30 min away very poor customer service and will not be returning I had to re cook the fish myself

I have been coming here since a child. I'm 31 currently. I love the food and the atmosphere. Everyone at this location takes the time to personalize your experience to keep you coming back for more.
The first and only time I used this location, I ordered, 90 mins - 2 hours in advance, a fairly simple (but pricey) pair of two sheet pizzas - one just a "pizza," the other fairly loaded. I advanced-ordered for a successful noon delivery. Tip included, about $100. I ordered lunch for a busy medical clinic serving very sick patients: I wanted to thank my coworkers for the incredible, warm welcome as a new employee at this clinic. 30 minutes into "lunch," no order. I called for an update, and the person on the phone insisted this Salvatores delivered the order. Another 15 minutes and this Salvatores has the "delivery manager" call to let me know the driver took my order to the wrong customer. THEN, this "delivery manager" informs me Salvatores Ridge will re-make and resend the order. By 2:00 PM, a DIFFERENT medical office contacted us to let us know THEY were, apparently, the recipients of our second order. Delivering an advance-called, noon order to the wrong location - TWICE is a problem. Further, the delivery driver never did call our receptionist about the order (he insists he did, but we have caller ID, just like everyone else: there was no call logged in our system that day). I filed a complaint with corporate - and nobody has addressed this problem yet. Not even an offer for a refund. My only "recourse" is cancelling payment via my credit card provider (which I will fully do). Save money and get what you want: there are better options out there compared to Salvatores Ride Road.

Great service!!!! Staff are so thoughtful, friendly, attentive, timely- high quality food!!! Delicious pizza, wings, speciality pizza, apps!! Wow- yummy!! Plus they are a family friendly restaurant that encourage safe and fun! Love it!! Love you Jenny and Sal!!!
