The food was sub par, service was slow. Customer service was tolerable. Several people left without ordering because it took way to long. One guy waited 15 plus minutes. And walked out before even ordering. He wasn't even acknowledged. Price was high, the place was spotless and spacious

Good burgers. they have soups on their menu but very seldom have i been there and they actually have soup. Whats up with that? Its a nice place but never anyone there. Wonder if its location....

Had a great experience! The food is amazing! The burgers taste so good and you can taste all the toppings really well and there fries are perfectly salted ! Loved it !

I wasn't sure if we wanted to eat here today but we did and my wife regrets it. First thing order took for ever to come out we had to pull forward so they can attend other customers. When we got home my wife is pregnant and was craving fries with nacho cheese, my wife was disappointed when she open her fries were filled with onion and snap sauce she ask to have ONLY CHEESE. Fries ended up in the garbage. Also fries were over cooked super hard. Besides that food was good.

Snap Burger is the real deal! Should be packed. Recently moved back to WNY from the West Coast. Snap burger is better than In N Out. Gotta spread the word about Snap Burger.

Me and my girlfriend went to this place when we have seen it on Snapchat multiple times with the place looking good we thought we would give it a try.... worst idea of our lives... this was one of the weirdest, awkward, and shittiest experience we have experienced in going out to eat... we arrive on a Saturday at noon around a peek time that normal people who are hungry would want to grab a bit to eat for lunch... the lot looked vacant and it looked like we were pulling up to a a restaurant that was one of the last ones remaining after a zombie apocalypse... we were the only ones in there the whole time (like an hours time) ... they guy who took out order kept talking under his breath and it seems like the only words I could make out coming out of his mouth were questions about onions or their great "SNAP SAUCE" ...he also definitely acknowledged what I ordered and completed f***** it up... the drinks were nothing like actual soda they tasted like melted freeze pops and when we got our burgers they literally sopping wet and when I got ketchup for my unsalted dry fries that I specifically asked for chili cheese fries the only thing that came out of their ghetto ketchup dispenser was water mixed with a little ketchup... so if you want to go to a place that feels abandoned and that you are going to have the last meal of your life this is the place to go, ALSO THERE LOGO WAS DEFINITELY MADE ON MICROSOFT WORD

The food here is so good! The reviews actually got us inside, but the food is what is prompting my own review. Three of us ate for about $20. I got the #1 and totally loved the snap sauce. My daughter had a kids cheese burger. The soda fountain has Johnny Ryan soda, which is so fun! We'll be back the next time we're in town!

Had not been here before. First thing that struck me was how clean and bright the restaurant was. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared promptly and accurately. The food was hot, attractive and tasted good. No complaints.
