I went through the drive in on April 6 and the person taking my order was the upmost rude and disrespectful. Saying rude comment under his breath like we didn’t hear him was definitely uncalled for when they were the one who misheard us. The food was great on the other hand.

Went through our order three times. We were the only ones in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. Still managed to mess it up. Charged me for an extra patty, didn't get it. Didn't get one of our tater tots and my large dt. Dp was only carbonated water. Drove 20 minutes back home in the storm to find out. ???

Do NOT come if your are in a hurry.I ordered a milk shake in the app. Waited 10 minutes in stall #6. Went to the door which was locked (lobby is permanently closed). Called the phone number on the receipt and it went to an answering machine. I had to leave after 20 minutes and the drive thru line was backed up, so I left without the shake. It took another 20 minutes for me to get the charge refunded via text messaging.My daughter has also said that she no longer goes there because the wait is way too long. I can only assume that other locations provide better service.

I don’t recommend wasting time here. I had ordered on the app 10 minutes prior to arriving to the restaurant. Check in and waited at the stall for ten minutes and got no updates. Then I went into the drive through and then waited 10 in line, I was one car away from the window, got the food and it was cold and hard. Not only did I waste my time I wasted my money. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants that are actually “fast”, definitely recommend those options before getting Sonic again.

At this point when I go I know it's going to be a bit of a wait (at least 20 minutes) but I plan for it. I mobile ordered and then waited 10 minutes before I left for the restaurant and then sat in the drive thru for 20 more minutes. All my food was hot, fresh, and tasted perfect. Had absolutely no issues with it! The women working seemed really overwhelmed but trying to hold it together. They were still very nice and I had no issues with them whatsoever.What I take issue with is if this is either corporate or franchise, why is the owners leaving these workers out to the wolves? There's multiple reviews about service taking forever, how stuff doesn't work, etc. either borrow employees from other stores to help this one, or shut this one down and give its employees to another location. A LOT of people in these reviews don't give Grace or have never worked in food service and it shows.

We we unable to get food. Poorly managed location, only 2 employees apparently on a weekend day. We waited at the speaker for a long time and asked if everything was okay and they said our talking was irritating. Incredibly unprofessional.

I normally don't complain on line. But their phone doesn't work and isn't taking any messages. I got some popcorn chicken a few minutes ago and the biggest one was not fully cooked. All the food was cold, but the employees look like they're freezing so that could happen. I'm more worried about the chicken. Which is why I tried to call. I don't want a refund or anything. I would just wanted them to know.

Restaurant lobby was closed only drive thru was open. The wait of 30 minutes for food was not worth it. I know it's that they don't have personal but common the food was cold and tator tots where very oily and soggy. I will try this when it's completely open like it used to be long time ago.

This place sucks! The wait is ridiculous, if they wait on you at all! I’ll never come back here. The employees are literally just screwing around, not working. Just up the road is a chik-fil-a, the lines there are normally a mile long but you still get crazy fast service and good food. I’ll never spend a dime at sonic again.

Awfully rude service. The associates act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering food. You would think they would be pleasant as they put their names on the receipts. This place needs to talk to their crew members about being decent to their customers.
