Not really sure how to rate this. I work right next to Target so I come in often and see the same girl fairly often. Sarah. She is the sweetest! She has great customer service. Unfortunately today I saw her working a never-ending line of people by herself. The girl in front of me asked if she could give her a tip and she said she wasn’t allowed to take tips. I think it’s absurd that this poor girl had to work alone, with no management in sight to help her and she’s not even allowed to accept a three dollar tip? I hope that Sarah gets the recognition she deserves because not only did she handle the crazy long line without looking frazzled, but she still remained so sweet.

Coffee is never good or made correctly. I even told them when I saw them grab the cold cup and I ordered a hot latte and they still made it iced and it's basically a cup of milk.

Awful all around, staff spent most of the time standing around. Drinks were off, either wayyy too sweet or way too bitter. Would talk about customers essentially in front of them, complaining about making a cappuccino in front of the customer who ordered it. One employee gave up and handed it off to another employee. Mess all around and not worth it if you're looking for decent Starbucks unless they retrain their staff.

This is the 3rd time I have had a mobile pick up order and have gotten the wrong drink. I paid extra for the cold foam and did not get it. Why charge extra for something if you aren't even going to give it to me? Very frustrated.

The two gentlemen working 11/12/21 (Josh and someone that I didn’t catch a name) were EXCELLENT. Josh helped me pick a great drink and the other gentlemen made it so yummy! That’s for being so nice to someone who doesn’t usually drink coffee.

Great coffee and other drinks, my kids love the cake pops. The staff is always very friendly and whenever there is any issue no matter how small it gets resolved and then some. I can always count on their great customer service! Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. They were out of what I intended to get, the Batista was super accomodatiing and helpful. A bit slow at making the beverages, there's frequently a line and a bit of a wait. Our beverages were consistent with other experiences at Starbucks as far as taste, temperature, and quality are concerned.
