Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it...read full review
Incredible store, immediately greeted when I got in.Employees let me work from the store and when I spilled my drink they were already moving like lightening cleaning up the mess and getting me another drink at no cost. They employees definitely treat you better than an Starbucks I been at.

I like Starbucks. For some reason this one doesn't keep the milk or cream out, so you have to ask them to put it in for you. (Not sure about the sugar - I don't add it. :-)
