Might be good if they had staff. Closed on a Friday at 6pm?? Thu night they had a no-show too.And don't stay at this Holiday Inn until well after the downtown Rochester reconstruction is over. One elevator, which is sketchy, at best....the other has an "out of service sign". Doesn't always make it to the upper floors.

This restaurant is located inside the Holiday Inn Downtown Rochester. Only serves dinner and The menu was not extensive but that's not a problem for me, makes it easier to decide. The food was good and there is a bar as well. Staff was friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

This place is terrible had to wait in line ... 2 tables in the entire place . 20 minutes waiting for a waitress to take our drink order . STILL no service , rooms are ok , big hair in our sink and it doesn't belong to me !! . Good thing this room is free. Don't waste your money or time .
Staff is wonderful. Convenient onsite location, the food is well priced and delicious I eat here almost every night I stay and happy hour is from 5-7 or 4-6 I can't recall.

Very nice hotel and was very convenient and nice to have restaurants available for when we got snowed in on our recent weekend visit to Rochester...the staff all accommodating and nice...if we had any concerns or questions...they were quick to be attentive..the food in the state street grill was good..I ordered fish n chips the first night..fish was a little undercooked but still was good...mostly overall. a good experience and would recommend eating here while staying at the hotel...

Staff was very pleasant. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. We called for a reservation and even though they do not generally do that they allowed us to make one for 11 people. Will eat at again when back in Rochester.
