I got to subway when I’m feeling cheap, not anymore. Ordered pickup tonight and received subs with barely anything on them and they missed one of our items on top of it. Tried to call and they won’t pick up the phone. Skipping this place and paying the extra for Dibella’s from now on. The extra cost is worth getting subs that actually have food on them. They don’t accept the subway coupons that are actual deals here either. Massive cheapskate vibes from the owners based on my experience and the other reviews. Avoid.

Tried to go there for my meal break at about 7:30PM. I had looked up the hours ahead of time to make sure they were still open. 8:30AM-9:00PM on Sunday. Arrive and get ready to walk inside. There’s still someone behind the counter and the lights are on so my thought is that it’s open.Try the doors and they’re both locked. Glance and see a sign on the window with their hours to double check I didn’t screw up. Sign had the hours laid out for every single day of the week. 8:30AM-9:00PM on Sundays, with the hours being 8:30AM-9:30PM on all other days. Employee comes over and unlocks the door and asks if I’m there to pick up an online order. I say no and ask if they’re open. He just shakes his head, walks back in and locks the door.Upset that I wasted half of my meal just to get turned away cause the single employee working decided he wanted to close the store an hour and a half early. Knowing that he also would’ve granted access to those who placed an online order lets me know for certain that he knew he was still supposed to be operating the shop, but had instead chosen to deliberately turn people away. Either the pay is just that bad or he’s a lazyass. Regardless, made the rest of my shift a lot less enjoyable.

Always a good experience. Its a shame they don't accept coupons or mobile offers from the app ?

Won't honor coupons for foot longs? Let the young lady working know that I had a coupon for two foot longs for $12.99. I was then informed that they don't accept coupons for foot longs as they lose money! Never having a customer come back is a better way to lose more money! Monroe Ave. Had no problem with the coupon!

Forced tip on the credit card machine. Anyplace that forces a tip on the CC machine deserves 1 star and no repeat business.

it seems you get less and pay more. The food in and of itself was good, but the only thing you get plenty of is the veggies.Although not entirely a bad thing, but if you get protein on it, you almost cannot taste it.Vegetarian options: they put waaaaaay to many veggies on the sandwich.Parking: loads of parkingDietary restrictions: they can cater to most if not all dietary restrictions.

Idk what everyone else is on about. Jacob did a great job with my sandwhich. He made some great recommendations. The store was a bit in the middle of construction but as far as subs go I was happy with his service and the delicious sandwhich.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life! I’ve been to probably near a hundred different locations over the past 20 years, so that is saying something. The employee, Cathy, was absolutely horrible to me during my experience. She came running to the counter rushing through the process of getting me my sub (nobody was eating or in line… what’s the hurry?). She puts my sub in the toaster and then rushes me through the checkout process, touching the register with her hands before eventually finishing my sub?Once the sub is out I asked for extra olives. Cathy gives me a lecture on how company policy doesn’t allow for extras. Like I said, I’ve been eating at subway for 20+ years and have never had this said to me (nor have I ever had that little of an amount of olives on my sandwich). The most ironic part is that Cathy put extra cheese on my sub when I didn’t even ask for it! I asked for regular cheese which is typically four slices and she put at least six (if we really want to talk about company policy). The veggies I get? Lettuce & olives. That’s it. How is me asking for extra olives any worse for company budget than someone that is asking for lettuce, olives, green peppers, red peppers, cucumbers, spinach, onions, avocado, etc.Cathy gets annoyed that I have lost my positive demeanor and am no longer happy during the ordering process. I say I want chipotle dressing, she puts it on and says “is that enough”. Her negative attitude was what I had enough with, so I said I don’t care (even though it was hardly any dressing). She got really angry and said “it’s up to you!” So the olives weren’t up to me, but the dressing is? I took my sub and went to my car and cried. The worst part of my experience at this location was the phone call I had with the owner Karen! Karen was absolutely rude and dismissive, and ignored my call many times before calling me back and giving me a long Ted Talk on how amazing of a worker Cathy is. I told Karen I would be calling the corporate office to get my refund because she said she wasn’t going to give it to me, and she abruptly hung up the phone without ending the call professionally! The way Karen acted almost makes me think it was Cathy on the other end!Never. Going. Back. To. Subway. Again.

Maybe next time, I'll just give you my money and you can put whatever you want in the bag. This is why I don't do fast food. Just a bunch of kids that don't care about anything, messing up people's food. For some of us, it's our only meal for the day. So thanks for ruining that for me ?

I've been coming here on a regular basis for over a year since it's near work but today is my last visit. The employees were more concerned with washing dishes and having a cigarette break instead of serving the line of customers during the noon lunch rush. It was very difficult to even place my order since the sandwich maker was more concerned with having a conversation with his co-worker from across the restaurant.

Order toasted Turkey sub with Bacon via grubhub. received the order and there was uncooked bacon on my sandwich and bread not toasted. I called the store and the employee stated he did make my sandwich that way because the toaster was not working. Why would he think that's acceptable?! Just disgusting and careless.
