Awful service. They called me to tell me they could not make my order because they ran out of bread then they proceeded to say that there is nothing they can do about refunding the money and I needed to go through the app. They couldn't provide me any number or anything. They said it would take 1-2 hours to make more bread. I called them back to tell them that it is okay and I will wait the 1 hour. They proceeded to say I needed to place the order again because they already cancelled it. Just run around. Go to the other subway on monroe ave because this one is ghetto and unprofessional.

I was so hungry after work for long hours. I This place looked nice and clean so I stopped by the very first time. I kindly requested them about my order what I like(it was veggie petty footlong). The lady treated me very unprofessional and rude. I had to leave as I didn't think they value customers and care about them. Would be better if they listen to customer, be nice and professional, and make a really good sandwich. I wish I could give negative star. The only reason I gave 1 star was because they had a clean room. But she didn't listen to what I asked for and talked to me with attitude even if I kindly requested what I want. Would never go there again :(
