Beer selection has always been solid here. Tonight’s barrel-aged old ale was a treat and the Brie & Apple Burger was amazing. My wife raved about her Stromboli. Great place for a brew and outstanding food.

Unexpected stop at the brewery on 12/27/23 for lunch, menu was surprisingly unique, we ordered the chicken thigh sammy and a chicken stromboli, both delicious. Beer was really good too, hoping to come back in the summer when the garden beds are ready! Family friendly

Swiftwater Brewery went above and beyond in hosting a last-minute birthday party for my husband. Their commendable communication and efficient last-minute planning was amazing. The great service provided by their staff added an extra layer of enjoyment to the celebration. Thank you to Swiftwater Brewery for making my husbands birthday a success! Great food and amazing friendly service. I had the Schroom Time Sandwich which is a vegan sandwich. Shiitake mushrooms, arugula, yam spread, and cranberry jam. It went great with a Swiftwater IPA.

Great beer selection. The staff is great; they know their beer. The food decent too, the Diablo cheesy bread sticks are great. They are very busy at happy hour so there is a bit of a wait most Fridays.

After a few tastings, decided on the hefeweizen banana. It paired well with their calzone. I have to say it's the best I've ever had. It was a good sized portion and my husband and I split it. The local art for sale is also a nice touch. We will be back.
3 different excellent beers, 2 delicious entrees, and a great dessert that was really too much for 2 people (chocolate covered strawberry bread pudding). Under $70. So glad we went- we’ll go again!

Flight was lovely, each drink had a distinct flavor. Only complaint is though it is dog friendly, pets must stay outside, but there is no table service outside, so the dogs are left unattended in order for a customer to make a purchase. Something to consider when establishing a positive customer service.

We've been to 9 breweries (so far) in Rochester and Swiftwater by far has the most consistent flavorful beers. Small relaxed atmosphere. Out of the 8 beers we sampled there's not one we wouldn't have again. Outdoor seating area too!
