I always like to add extras to my food which I have to pay more for but they never add the extras it's just a waste of time and money so from now on I will just be ordering stuff the way it comes I'm not gonna keep spending extra for nothing I recommend just getting the items the way they come or you'll be wasting your time and money. Disappointed

Recently have stopped going here to get breakfast. Was going 3 times a week but a few weeks ago the quality has went out the door. Upsets me every time I've went recently to get cold cheese, bacon and egg. Literally only thing warm in the crunchwrap is a hashbrown. This was not the way before, still give the stars because of the prior quality. No longer am I risking the cold breakfast it's rather disgusting and a let down before work. Actually went this morning to give benefit of the doubt, the wrap and hashbrown was warm, nothing else.

The last time I went, the girl had so much patience with me it was a nice change. Usually I have someone who acts annoyed that I ask even one question so I was thankful for that. The order is never correct if I order more than a couple things. Always forget my cheese for the chips & cheese or any side dips needed.

Literally the worst franchise location I've been to. Food wasn't even warm or prepared correctly. Employees were rude.

This place is really hit or miss. I want to say it’s 50/50 if I will get everything I order almost every time. I ordered a chicken chalupa delux box and they literally dumped everything that was suppose to be in a box in a bag, chips got every where and they even forgot the chicken chalupa. Like seriously, the main thing in the name of the combo I ordered was forgotten. This literally happen moments ago as per writing this review. Make sure you double check your order right in front of them before leaving to avoid my mistake of losing money for something I was never given.

Grading on a curve. As compared to other Taco Bell locations, this one is great. They make the food well and they get your order right. One complaint I have is the drive through menue screen. As soon as you start ordering, 1/4 of the screen dissappears and is replaced with your order. So if two people are ordering, you better both know what you want before you start your order, or else you can't see the options any more.

Ordered 2 #6 combo meals asked for all beef. The tacos were beef. The chalupas were chicken. I said beef three times through out the order. $33.00 later and that's the service you get.

A Realness

Fries were old, cold, and had a couple tortilla chips in the container. Chalupa was old and chewy. Tacos/Burritos were made sloppy. Not good experience.

So bummed. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area. The last two visits, however, have been awful. It is like they spread ingredients on with a butter knife...there are very little in their burritos and tacos.?This is a picture of a chicken ranch burrito. Pretty much it was a tortilla with cheese sauce, a few shreds of chicken and a couple shreds of lettuce.

We went through the drive thru. I asked for a power bowl without avocado and ranch sauce or tomatoes. They asked if I wanted chicken, I said yes. They asked if I wanted ranch- I said “absolutely not” as I’m allergic. We go through the drive thru, I check the bag and all items (mine and everyone else’s) is there. When I went to eat it I found I had rice, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and ranch sauce. No chicken. Me and my partner paid $30 for a meal I can’t eat. It’s frustrating as the person taking our order asked and confirmed everything- I’m not sure what else I can do besides hold up the line of cars as I go through the food to make sure everything is correct after receiving it.Dietary restrictions: I’d be very hesitant to ask for any substitutions if you have any restrictions.
