Imagine ordering a burrito filled with bean. You bite into it. It's bean with a baby spoon of cheese. You keep eating it. The middle is full of bean. You get to the bottom and it's another baby spoon, except this time it's rice.This is not a cheesy bean and rice burrito. This is a bean burrito with a little bit of rice and cheese. When you order something that is considered CHEESY, you expect it to be CHEESY.To compensate that, I've been ordering a cheese dip cup with diablo sauce packets. But like an old bandaid gets soggy, it stops working.I can no longer order a favorite item from this Taco Bell location; I get disappointed each time. Now I have to find a new item made by their own standards of perfection because a simple item with only three ingredients isn't easy enough.

Christie (Not sure of spelling) is awesome. My 10 year old son and his Grandfather go every Wednesday. She is such a joy to deal with. She recognizes his order and always greets them with a smile.

The taco ? had a lot of salad, a lot of cheese and almost no meat. The chalupa had no meat at all and that's annoying because you pay for it and they don't serve the right amount, they're bad. The ones before were much better now I don't think so let him come back there.

it took 20 min for someone to take the girls order in front of me at drive thru…… girl had to ask if anyone was there/ say hello. that’s crazy

Well it's Taco Bell, you know what you're doing.The service, while slow, was excellent. When trying to find a problem, the closest I came was the awkwardness during the payment step... It was a bit out of order, but likely due to a fresh crew in a new store.

Stopped in here service was incredibly slow. So sad to see this place go downhill since the remodel.We opted to go inside to order because the drive-thru line was about 15 cars long. Which was no wonder the line was so long considering how incredibly slow this place is.While waiting inside there were teenagers fooling around in the bathrooms preventing other patrons from actually using them. Staff wasn't doing anything.While waiting multiple people came inside to complain that their orders were wrong and one woman was actually served meat when she specifically stated she was a vegetarian.I had my 18-month-old daughter with me and waited over 25 minutes for my order...I finally had to speak up and ask them what time we could expect our food to be done because I may need to leave.
