Nice place but their drinks taste awful. Much worse than the other Tai chi locations and I’m not sure why.

SO GOOD! I got spicy ramen, a poke burrito & a tai iced coffee bubble tea. Everything was amazing & on point. I lived in Seattle for years & it's known for it's food like this. This is the only spot in Rochester that compares to my great experiences in Seattle.

It's a nice place, but they don't offer real dairy milk at all. In MILK TEA. Milk is a fundamental ingredient in milk tea. I understand offering non dairy options, but to only have the option for fake creamer with unhealthy vegetable oils? This is not the place to go for milk tea. Their other dishes are fine, but their worst product is their bubble tea, which is what they are named after unfortunately.

Best ramen around! They cook it for 12 hours or something. The sushi burritos are delightful.

My friends and I came here for lunch. We ordered our food at the kiosk right at the front and then seated ourselves. There's plenty of seating available. Food: I ordered a sushi burrito. I loved that I could easily pick what exactly I wanted in my burrito and what sauces to have. It makes it easy for people to get what they want. It was also pretty good. I also ordered a matcha milk tea that wasn't bad. Service: Ordering at the kiosk was pretty easy. You pick up your food from the back counter once ready. It didn't take too long for our food to be ready. TL;DR - good place for food and drinks with options for everyone

Great place and really good and fresh food, but BEWARE If you're ordering the brown rice because you want a healthier option, it is not healthier. Unfortunately, they add refined sugar to the brown rice (annoying!) and from what I gather a good amount of it. otherwise this place is great. I come a lot and just get the white rice.

Unique experience. Made for minimal human interaction - you walk in and order at a kiosk, take your receipt, sit and watch the staff work until your order is called. The bubble tea was fantastic. Had two drinks, traditional tapioca balls and juice filled ones and both were delicious. We also had ramen and that was underwhelming; Flavor profile didn't hit right. It felt clear that their specialty is bubble tea, so if that's what you're in the mood for, this is the place to go.

Food was made an hour early. I had to wait for it to be remade. I ask for less ice but there was too much.Vegetarian options: So so.

It offers a convenient and nice environment connecting to a mall. There were enough tables for sitting inside the restaurant. I loved the decor. There were fake plants on some tables. It’s a relaxing place to check out with a variety of bubble tea, ramen, sushi rice bowls, and burritos. I believe they also added more desserts to their menu recently. I've tried the Macha donut in their other location.
