I am done with this place. The worst customer service…place closed early because the said they ran out of food (but are part of a supermarket). Orders are always wrong and the place looks dingy and depressing as well as being overpriced. Never again!

The cheeseburger was horrible the lettuce look like someone just pulled it out of her ground it didn't even look like freaking lettuce the tomatoes cheeseburger even taste even better the only thing that was really delicious strawberry milkshake now that was real I went there October 27th 2023

Had a heck of a time finding much in the gluten free vegan genre in this city. So we decided to hit up the Wegmans flagship store to check out their burger bar, since i know they serve the impossible burger there.I ended up getting the Mediterranean burger without cheese or mayo and it was pretty good. By my standards though (pretty clean whole foods plant based diet), but the burger and fries were pretty salty. They hit the spot, but the burger could've used more flavor via spices or some sort of vegan sauce to pep it up. Overall, fairly pleased with the experience though!Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options, as you cab sub the impossible burger.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free rolls as an alternative

This place has really gone downhill! Frankly, Wegman's should just close the Burger Bar at this point, if this is the low quality effort they plan to put into the restaurant. In the past, my family and I really enjoyed this place. Had a variety of menu items beyond just burgers including great salads and a delicious lobster roll. The price was always a bit high, but justified perhaps by good food and service, plus convenient location. Now, all that is gone! They only serve not very good burgers and couple other sandwiches, nothing else. They have even dropped the mac and cheese from the kids menu, which was a go-to for my youngest. Also they have removed the fountain drink machine, which is bizarre, option are bottled beverages. Not only that, the kids menu items used to include a kids size ice cream after they ate, now also removed from menu, have to buy separately. Both my full size burger and the kids burgers were a joke compared to past quality. Very small and way way way over salted! Service was slow and quite unfriendly.Bottom line, if I am going to pay $11 for a burger, $3.50 extra for fries, $3 more for a bottled drink and $8 per kids meal, I expect more. I am certain the food quality and service would be better at McDonalds and price would be half. Very disappointed in current state of Pittsford Burger Bar, this was a regular stop in past and will not be going back.

Not impressed! This was my first time trying this place and I will not be recommending it to people. I was excited that I could order a burger with a gluten free bun, but the entire experience was disappointing. The service was not the friendliest (not rude, but indifferent). The prices were high for what you got.I ordered the maple bacon burger, and they gave me the wrong burger at first. Once they brought out the right burger it was over cooked. The gluten free bun was falling apart half way through my burger. The fries are not gluten free, which they did say since they share a fryer, but just in case someone here was curious.If you want a gluten free burger, there are better places around with higher quality burgers. All in all, I was disappointed in the quality of service, and the quality and taste of the burger.
Next to Wegmans grocery store is a small, casual café where their chefs serve up a simple menu of sandwiches and burgers that are pretty delicious...a little pricy for a rathe small burger small burger that is just a little bigger than a slider, but still a nice treat after emptying your wallet buying groceries.

The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had. The way they are cut makes them stay crispy, but still soft on the inside. My Turkey burger was good, too, but the sweet potato fries are what I’ll remember.

I order the Friday haddock fish fry. The beer nattered haddock was very tasty but the fries and coleslaw were very disappointing. The fries were very salty and were quite thin. The coleslaw was very bland lacking vinegar and mayo.
