We weren't allowed to be seated because our entire party (3 people) with a half empty restaurant. Coffee was cold. Vegan burrito was cold and bland.

A. Maz. Ing. The food was epic. But the tea was crazy good. A must in Rochester! #aliceinwonderland

The food was amazing! We couldn’t stop raving about the sourdough and focaccia. The staff were so kind, as well. Wait time was super reasonable for a to-go order at lunch time. Will be back again!

Our breakfast here was very good. It was a little weird upon arrival because it seems like there is parking out back but it's really apartment parking. Luckily we easily found on street parking. The staff were all friendly and the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote were delicious. I ordered a tea and the server explained the flavor and the steep time which was helpful. It was a cute little place with beautiful takeout available.

This is my favorite spot for brunch! They have freshly squeezed juice, the tastiest roasted potatoes, and plenty of fresh fruit. Every time I’m in Rochester I make sure to stop here. Every server has been kind and knowledgeable about the menu, they accommodate dietary restrictions perfectly, and they have a bakery case for a treat on your way out!Dietary restrictions: The wait staff always immediately ask about allergies at the table, and all menu items are clearly labeled. Many options are naturally allergen freeParking: There is a very small lot behind the restaurant but most parking is street parking. There is also a nearby paid parking lot if you don’t mind a walk.

Food and drinks are really fun. Quality and portion size are great. Parking is not always so so easy but there is some in the back.

4/5 stars would go again + potato flight - All options are tasty, and pretty large serving, definitely split with someone + peach Bellini - large serving size, we love that, also very good + very friendly to dietary restrictions, GF menus offered when seated + a lot of bakery items to choose from! All tasty + very friendly and communicative staff, mostly women servers + fresh fruit for side option + mimosa flight - select which flavors you want, price efficient + eggs Benedict was GREAT loved the spicy hollandaise sauce - Fruit flies around table during meal... ew and annoying - I was sat at a bench, with other customers sitting at a table further down on the same bench. The other customer was shaking their leg, in turn shaking the ENTIRE bench and my table. Not really a fault of the restaurant per say, but definitely something to note - hot water served in a cute carafe, but goes cold too fast, same with the tea, once brewed you have to drink it quick or it will get cold

They really knocked it out of the park, we went for breakfast.

I went with a few friends for their high tea service a few days ago, and compared to the one time I went 4 years ago, I was very disappointed. They’ve recently changed the way their tea service works and they did tell me ahead of time when confirming my reservation, but they did not specify what changed, and I admit that not asking for details was my fault. And I give them credit for being accommodating of the fact that one of the people in my party arrived late. The disappointing change was the lack of choice. When I went years ago, you were able to choose your tea sandwich flavors, your pastries, etc, and everything was brought in stages. Now, the only choice you get to make is the flavor of tea you want. Everything else is chosen for you. And it’s not like we could request for certain items/ingredients to be left out; they no longer have a high tea menu available on their website so we had no clue what was going to be served. All 3 of the tea sandwiches were foods I dislike, if a menu had been provided online I could have requested alternatives in advance. In addition to that, the mini tiered pink cakes we were served were incredibly dense and the buttercream was hard. The scones, petit four cakes, and jam cookies were all fine. They also claim they serve clotted cream but it’s just philadelphia whipped cream cheese; not sure if this claim had changed since they took the menu down. The service was okay. Like I said above, one of my party members arrived late and they were accommodating, and it was very busy, but once she arrived and ordered her tea, they brought the hot water for her tea, but she sat with no tea leaves for around 15-20 minutes. In addition, I ran into a work friend while there. Later at work we caught up, and she claims she was equally disappointed, and when she brought this to the attention of the owner, the owner didn’t seem to give her feedback any mind and told her “you should have requested that ingredients were substituted”. Again, there was no menu online like there used to be, we had no idea what we would be served. All in all, the high tea service was disappointing compared to my first visit, though it was a long time ago. Don’t think I’ll be back for high tea, but heard great things about their regular brunch menu.

I am so disappointed. It's my first time, I took my daughter to have breakfast/ brunch and it was not what I expected. The food was not as great as some people say. I noticed that the waitress was not as welcoming with us then the tables around us. And she share the specials of the day with everyone expected our table, we weren't happy with our order, if we knew we would have ordered something different. I mentioned it to the manager, not complaining or with attitude, but advice for future customers. She did not seem to care. I don't think I would come back. ? ?

High tea is very expensive, the sandwiches are okay but the bread is ALWAYS stale, if you don’t care for something - too bad cuz it’s chef’s choice and they do NOT make extra. The high tea menu just changed Jan. of 2024 and there are far fewer choices .. no where near as enjoyable as it used to be and now it’s $5 more!

We came for lunch, and were greeted by friendly people in the front of the shop. We had viewed a lunch menu on line that showed salads available but once seated the menus we were given were for brunch - and no salad offerings! We waited about 10 minutes to have our orders taken and another 15 for sandwiches and soup to arrive. We were not in a hurry but it seemed like a long wait, given that only three other parties were seated. Sandwiches were tasty (we had grilled veggies on focaccia) but soups (black bean and tomato basil) a bit salty for our tastes. The place was quiet which we liked, and would probably have better been suited for us to have tea and a bit of cake, or breakfast/brunch earlier, instead of lunch.

The pesto chicken sandwich was AWESOME. Loved the potatoes too. The mocha was OK. I prefer it with a little more chocolate flavor over expresso, but everyone is different! I can't wait to bring my partner here. Great atmosphere, service is great, it's clean and it's a total diamond in the neighborhood. Thank you!Parking: Parking is around back
