Service was good but food was not. Everything came reasonably quick and waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was not terrible but I started feeling nauseous halfway through my cheeseburger and after leaving had to pull over halfway home to get sick in a parking lot. Spent $60 on two entrees and an appetizer and soft drinks to end up sick. Would not recommend and would not go back.

We went as a group of 30 people. The service was impeccable, the food excellent, and the atmosphere relaxed. We will definitely go back if we return to Rochester! We highly recommend it!

Love the Pour House!! We frequent this place at least once or twice a month. The WINGS are honestly the BEST in Rochester hands down. They are big and fresh and great sauces! The blue cheese is awesome also. We love the Chicken Caesar wrap also. Great service sitting at the bar and the outdoor patio space in the warmer weather is great also.

Food is always good. Beer selection is great. Beer menu has a few errors in regards to abv and ibus. I wish they would buy t shirts for their staff. I felt like all the front of house staff was like a senior high school class. They are always busy. Tshirts are cheap a d would make the place way better.Update: went from 4 stars to 3 on my last visit. They seemed really slow for a Saturday. Again, the food was good, service was rough and still think that with the ambiance of the patio that the servers should be wearing some sort of a uniform.

We went on a Friday at 4. There was only a few others so we were sat pretty quickly. I ordered the buffalo chicken dip and it was horrible. It was soup literally served in a bowl. No chicken in. I sent it back after 2 bites. My friend ordered the Pilly Steak wrap. Her food was also very gross. She sent it back. We didn't ask for a discount or anything and we weren't offered one. So we paid $25 plus tip to have a water and diet soda. Music was not bad. Waiter was timid amd awkward.

First timers. Each of the three of us loved the entrees we ordered (Turkey Reuben, grilled turkey sandwich, and Mac Attack burger). Chips were homemade and super fresh. Cole slaw was crisp and delicious, definitely worth the $1.50 substitution charge. Service was attentive and caring. We will definitely be returning. (Just FYI, there is a 3.5% surcharge for credit card transactions.)Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options included a house made vegetarian burger and a selection of soups and salads. Most of the menu was not vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: White paper cloths on the tables. Not sure whether they provide crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: A person using a wheelchair was seated at the table behind ours so I have to think the entrance/exit and room thresholds are accessible. Not sure about the restrooms.

Very disappointing service. No sour beers and very little vegetarian options. UPDATE: 6 months after my original post - still NO SOUR BEERS available even though I hear from their staff that I am one of many who request them.

After seeing signs advising people to make.reservations for Fri & Sat nights, we were seated no problem, never even half full.As such, I expected great service or at least prompt. Nope. Soups came after entrees, food was so-so. Onion rings got cinnamon sugar topping (as on their sweet potato fries that no one at our table ordered) instead of salt. Server asked if replacement was desired, rather than just getting a correct order. Table mate declined for whatever reason. French fries described to us as "shoestring" were not. Would have skipped them if I'd known.Weird notes: a guy took our order & brought drinks, bills, but a woman brought the big, heavy trays. And in the mostly empty restaurant part, we were seated so we had a not lovely view of kitchen & bathroom doors, as well as mini hall to behind scenes.

I always love going here, doesn’t happen often but they do have some of the best staff and good strong drinks! They will take custom orders too, even if they don’t normally make the drink they’re willing to give it a shot! We love it!
