I ordered a sandwich with NO egg,specifically. It came with a gelitan type egg and I had to wipe the egg white off my sandwich before I could eat it. Used to getting wonderful service and correct orders but apparently this crew needs to listen. It also wasn't busy at the time but we were already on the road.

The drinks were fine it was the workers that were the problem. The lady with the bright pink hair mixed a drink while she was holding a hyde. Let me also add that drink was for my YOUNG child and she seemed to be the most miserable person alive while she was taking my order. The other worker was very helpful. Will not be coming back again.

Stopped in about 1 pm. It was not very busy. Good food and service like most Tim Hortons.With three staff and a manager there was some down time. The tables and floor were noticable dirty with food crumbs, napkins, and paper. Behind the counter the floor was also not picked up.Could be 5 star with a change to " if you have time to lean, you have time to clean."

i just went there to get my usual order i get everyday since my buisness is right next to you guys, went there to get a blueberry muffin, a bagel and iced coffe as soon as i asked the lady at the front for the muffin she told me i have to pay for this item first before i order anything else and i told her im not done i want more things and she starting getting loud with me so i did the same.Ive been in buisness for a very ling time now and i know this is not how you treat and deal with a customer, other staff seemed okay but the lady in the front very rude

Experiences here keep getting worse! Costumer service is terrible. They refused my service after asking why they stop making hash browns after 10:45 when hash brown sales are supposed to end at 11. I offered to wait until they were made but the employed had a power trip and told me no you can take your service elsewhere. Individuals gives me an attitude when she is the one supposed to be providing costumer service(none to be had at this location). They don’t want to work at this location and it shows. Especially when they turn the lights off early so they don’t have to serve in the afternoon (separate report by a different person). Management needs to overhaul this location as I’m taking my business elsewhere (delta sonic Tim Hortons is great). Today was it for me. I will drive a few more minutes to get an order without an attitude. To the employee at the window at 10:50 today, Im sorry you were having a bad day but you need to rethink your employment and adjust your attitude.

Lord have mercy I work next to the building I ask for a chicken Chipotle and was cold like fridge cold mind you Is more than 80° outside and the MANAGER says well you came like 10 minutes ago WRONG was 6 minutes ago there's no way that is going to be fridge cold and the person that did it she was talking junk they're lucky that I was on the clock otherwise will be another scenario NEVER AGAIN BYE
The people are very friendly and attentive. I use the mobile app to order ahead and get the deals! Order is almost always ready or being finished by the time I walk in.Dietary restrictions: My son loves Tim Horton's but has to be on a keto diet. Not a lot of places have keto friendly options.
