Very disappointed went there Saturday morning I ask for breakfast combo and they tell me there is no food I ask for a dount they have none either I ask what do you have they say only drinks. Highly disappointed.

You only get a two because of the pleasant (but obviously flustered) staff. You have two people working. I don't blame them for not being able to keep up, but the place is disgusting.

Staff at this location remains their biggest weakness. Not only are they unfriendly, some get flustered and quickly become downright angry at customers who dare to bring any issues to their attention or simply ask a question. When my coffee had too much cream the lady angrily yelled that that's how I ordered it (incorrect). They randomly close their dining room doors during business hours so it's drive-thru only, no apology sign on the door. Food and drinks are average. (Tbh, not all of their employees have a nasty attitude. Some are nice!)

Stopped today at drive thru on way to work. No one ever came to speaker to take my order. Said hello hello several times. No response. Finally left as did the car behind me. Clearly saw an employee in there. Terrible service at Mt Hope location.

Can this Tim Hortons get any worse? Came here last year and the ding dong didn't know how to use a chip/swipe credit card. She kept trying to tap it then gave it back to us and told us it didn't work. Came here today and got our ENTIRE order wrong. Wrong coffe, wrong size, forgot the donut, the sandwiches were cold. Time to start doing drug tests. I dont care if you smoke but if you can't even get an order right then you seriously have problems and should probably chill before the rest of your brain is fried. Unbelievable. 2 stars for service because they were at least nice. I guess who isnt when they basically rob you and mess the entire order up. Would NEVER recommend this place to even a homeless person. They forgot everything, I at least hope they remember to wash their hands.

I go to Tim Hortons almost everyday. This location is the absolute worst. My coffe is ALWAYS wrong and it’s the simplest order. Everyone has an attitude and there is really only 1 guy that’s really nice. After today I won’t go to this location anymore. It’s just dumb at this point. A waste of my money because these employees do what they want. It’s coffee, not brain surgery. I will get up earlier and go to Buffalo road location. They have great customer service and always get my simple order right.
