Not what I expected. The food was okay. You can see the kitchen....no gloves. I found it pricey and for an Italian restaurant the bread was not up to par.

Husband and I have been wanting to come here for quite some time and decided to dine here for my 30th. After hearing great things, our expectations were extremely high but unfortunately had quite the opposite experience than we were hoping.I will say, the restaurant itself is beautiful and I can see the outdoor seating being extremely nice as the weather warms up. Also, our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Our food unfortunately, was a major let down. We ordered the arancini for an appetizer. The flavors were great but the centers of all 3 were cold so I’m not sure if these were heated up from being frozen? Both my husband and I decided on pasta dishes and unfortunately neither of us liked our food and found ourselves drowning the dishes in grated cheese so that we could eat it. I personally ordered the Shrimp Scampi and the shrimp was overcooked. Neither of us took more than a few bites of our food before we decided that we wanted to get the bill and leave. We had extremely high hopes but unfortunately, will not be returning.

The food was amazing as was the service. More than anything we liked that we never felt rushed. Our server made a point to say that we would have space between the appetizers and our entree... very much appreciated.

The food was ok, my niece ordered a pizza, ended up eating 1 piece and throwing it out, i had shrimp cesear salad and it was good, my sister had rigatoni with meatball, that was good also. I also ordered wings for appetizer, they came baked, i believe and smothered in onions, not sure why , but i guess thats how they come. They tasted good, onions not needed.

We visited for the very first time and expected a very quiet ambient atmosphere. What we found was extremely loud, what we both would consider as similar to cafeteria noise ( video attached) . I think they can benefit from some noise canceling material on the ceiling and or walls. Service was extremely quick, almost too quick for the type of dining experience we thought we were getting. From time of arrival to departure was less than 1 hour. We ordered calamari, baked clams and one of the specialty pizzas. Per other high-end dining experiences, we set aside 2 hours. (Based on noise level we chose to order all apps) Food was incredible, service was fantastic. Despite the noisy atmosphere, we would likely return based on how good the food and service were.

Tried the "new" location on university. It's definitely a different feel but still very professional and modern. It's nice to see a bigger bar and room to mingle with friends. The service was on point as expected and the food was as good as I remember.

Second time here! We went out again for dinner a few nights ago. When we were seated, the waiter let us know that they don't have any bread to offer. While unfortunate, I already knew what I wanted so I ordered the calamari to start. When we started to order, the waiter didn't seem interested in offering good service until I ordered my favorite, the off menu ny strip steak. Suddenly, he told me he was going to check on the bread and was friendlier than before my order. The steak was cooked perfectly, salad was great but the fries were very undercooked. I didn't see my waiter till we were just about done so I ordered a beer and told him about the fries. He said he was going to see what he can do; but after bringing me the beer and later the check. Nothing was done until I asked what was to be done about the 1/3 of my meal that I couldn't eat. He took off the $6 beer and left. I tipped in case they split it.Not sure if the assumption that I wouldn't tip was the cause of the initial service, but tipping potential shouldn't be the catalyst of good service

Great food and service from the moment we were seated. Our server, Angela, immediately poured our water and got us bread with a nice vinaigrette dip for the delicious bread. She immediately asked for any drink orders and told us the night's specials. As busy as it was Angela always checked on us. The food was delicious and food temperature was great. Upon finishing our meal she asked if we wanted dessert and coffee and we passed and she then brought the check in a timely manner. The atmosphere was energetic but not overbearing. We plan on returning to Tony D's in the near future!

So noisy you can’t hear yourself think, let alone hold a conversation. Will never go back.

My wife and I went here for valentine's day and boy do I regret it. The calamari appetizer was soggy and she got the chicken Antoinette and it was so odd tasting it just wasn't good. Server was pretty clueless about menu items had to double check everything and my ziti was served in a bowl of water. Their price point is so off everything is so expensive they have misjudged the caliber restaurant they are. If you want to drop a pretty penny and have a great experience go to black and blue. This place was a waste of money and a waste of a good valentine's dinner without the kids.
