The location itself seemed nice (clean, modern, cool wall art), but the atmosphere was unpleasant and the food was only mediocre. We walked into the restaurant and didn't see a single staff member. There was a big party seated at a table and a few people at the bar, so we knew that someone had to be working there. But we stood awkwardly at the door for a minute or two since there wasn't a host stand and we weren't sure if we should seat ourselves. One employee came out, and that was the only employee (working as a bartender, server, and table busser) we saw all night. I understand that staffing issues are common, but it felt wrong to be in the front of the house with no staff there. To her credit, she was an excellent server and made sure all our needs were taken care of. But that was only the start. They were out of several things on the menu, leaving me to pick a less-than-ideal choice for food. It wasn't close to their closing time, either, so I was rather surprised that they'd just run out for the night. Our sandwiches were warm but not hot. The curly fries and dipping sauces were great, but the rest of the food was not. The music felt too loud the entire time and a loud party of six probably-drunk people nearby made it even more difficult to hear my companions. The only-okay food combined with the general unpleasantness of the atmosphere had me eager to leave and not come back.

We went to the Twisted Tap after a movie. It was not a good experience. The food was not good at all and the value was horrible. One of us ordered a house salad. It was much like they poured a little from a bag of grocery store iceberg lettuce with a few shredded carrots and a couple pieces of onion. Then they topped it off with a few stale croutons. When ordering a salad that is $13 dollars plus, please actually serve a good salad, like you'd get at Aladdin's or another better restaurant. It was actually offensive, like a kindergartner made you a salad. If you're looking to go out for dinner here, I'd strongly recommend you steer clear. For my friends and I, this is definitely a 1 and done. Never again One plus is the bartender/waitress was nice.

New favorite bar on East! Everyone was so friendly and the drinks were amazing! The boozy milkshake was one of the best I’ve ever had! Definitely will be back!!

I would love to know who is fronting the rent for this dismal dive. It baffles me how they remain there. They have closed off and darkened the dining area and patio. There are no predictability scheduled open hours and when it’s open it looks dark, uninviting and the only way I know they’re “open” is because there is a paint can propping the door open! On the one occasion I went in and it was barely staffed with complacent unprofessional barkeeps and a small group of what looked like Monroe Ave. skid row customers. Just today, I saw someone outside, finishing his cigarette before he re-entered the joint with his DOG!! If you have no standards or discernment, this is your go-to drinking hole. Heads up- I wouldn’t eat any of the food.

Horrible place it has a mouse there saying hello and the manager didn't apologize or seem concerned. Her response is there ever where in Rochester ' I asked her to waive my 3$card fee for my inconvience .She declined to help me. I will never go back they might think roaches is no big deal either.Despicable customer service.

This place is awful. Over priced. Staff couldn't be worse. Do you want dry food that was cooked 6 hours ago, held in a tray, and reheated to order? Want a burger like a hockey puck? Beef shreds with the texture of cigarette butts? Want to be charged $20+ for a meal served on a sheet tray? How about a beer in a dirty warm glass? Don't bother with this place.

Great beer selection and super fun young vibe with great decor. Very well maintained place and great for watching sporting events
Overall disappointing We were the first people in here at the start of dinner service and seemed like the staff was more interested in chatting with each other at the bar than serving us. The waitress also got our order wrong and put ice in our drinks when we specifically asked for no ice. The food was a big let down as well. The boys paid almost $10 per milkshake and they were disappointing. Most of us got burgers or an appetizer which we waited half an hour for, when there was no one else in the restaurant. The fries were good and the only redeeming part of the meal. Incredibly sad experience when we all had high hopes for the place. Would not recommend eating here, there is much better food and service all around Rochester.

Very good wings, but unfortunately that’s about it. We were there on a Sunday afternoon on a work trip, and there was almost no one there, but even sitting at the bar service our service was pretty slow and inattentive.

Veggie burger was disgusting. Full of pees and Lima beans it just didn't go together at all. Also potato chips were stale and old tasting with no seasoning even salt. Both were the grossest I've had at a restaurant. Also the cook was clearly mad that he had to make our food @9 even tho we asked when the kitchen was open til and they said 11. Server was really nice and vibes were good tho
