It’s been a while since I’ve ordered anything from here but the reason I stopped was because the food wasn’t good. Food not being good is an understatement but I bet somewhere else could fail better than here. If life was the SpongeBob cartoon this place would be the chum bucket.

Came in here to eat lunch. The girl walking the counter threw a bag on the counter and yelled “Somebody come take these orders up front” with a attitude. Waited 2 mins, walked right back out the door. Complete disregard for any customer service. Why do these people “work” these jobs when they clearly don’t want to be there?

If you work doordash don't come here..if you drive 10 minutes they won't start making it till you arrive then you waste 20 to 30 minutes and kill your average.

Posting the same review for the Chili Ave and W. Ridge Rd location in Rochester.Went to the Chili Ave location at 12:30 on a Saturday with the kids. Lobby door was locked with a sign on it, lobby closed due to staff shortages, use drive thru. Took kids home for lunch instead.Running errands later (5:30 pm) in Greece, kids still wanted Wendy's, went to W. Ridge Rd. Location. No sign on the door, but lobby was locked, after waiting a few moments, a gentleman came out and said they had to close the lobby because they didn't have enough help. Actual words were, it's only three of us.While both of these situations are not likely the fault of the people that actually showed up to work, it's not acceptable anymore. Lunch and Dinner on a Saturday, arguably the day most service establishments should be 100 percent staffed and we don't have enough help? Why? We aren't in COVID protocols, it's just not okay anymore.We can, and should give grace -- but the more we, as consumers continue to allow it to happen and continue to support it with our dollars, we are telling the owners that it's okay. We are telling the employees it's okay. It's not okay. I know finding quality help is tough, but in NYS where we've raised wages and continually increase employee rights, we have to do better to. It takes all of us, it takes parents teaching their teens the value and importance of work, it takes our schools teaching sacrifice over entitlement, it takes managers who create team oriented environments where employees work together with their co-workers and supervisors. I don't think a Google review is going to change anything, but I think we, as consumers need to be better. I'm only one person, I don't know if the same owner owns both Wendy's locations, but I'm taking a break.

Wow. I go to Wendy's for the hot fry guarantee. They were luke warm. Asked for a pretzel rol. They don't have it. No big deal. Regular vun was stale, lettuce was wilted and almost non-existent. Burger was cold in the middle. Didn't ask for a receipt, so no refund. It was truly terrible.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Always takes forever. They make you pull forward and wait 30 minutes for even small orders.

This might be the worst Wendy's in America! The people on the drive through speaker are extremely rude both cars in front of me seem to have things missing from the order that took even extra time to prepare and overall the employees seem extremely disinterested in any kind of service.

Terrible service, waiting forever to give my order. Burgers are ALWAYS overcooked. Doesn't matter if it's fresh or frozen if you dry the meat out. Wouldn't go back if it was free!

This location is always out of food, it seems like. You get absolutely no service inside. They do not carry any special items that wendys offers and even advertise at that location.
