This Wendy's is the reason I will never visit a Wendy's again. Was told to come into the restaurant because their drive thru was not working.Was ignored in the restaurant for several minutes.After my order was taken and I paid, I was then informed that my order would take an additional 5 minutes and when I told them I didn't have the time to wait, they just looked at me like they didn't understand. No refund, no apologies. I write this as I await my last Wendy's order.

30 minutes for 2 burgers, 2 frostys, and 2 fries. Cold fries and burgers and melted frostys. The only good thing was tables and bathroom were clean. I rekon if you are going here, you are coming for the food, not the tables.

Poor drive thru service, No straw no napkins. The one at the window probably should look for new employment that makes her happy because she basically threw .y good in the window and slammed the door. I'd take an extra 5 minutes next time and take my business elsewhere.Customers make the world go around and there are to many wendys around to have to deal with attitude.

Breakfast at Wendy’s for the first time. Delicious. I got the No 2 Combo; sausage (well sone), egg and (substituted Swiss with American)cheese croissant sandwich. Sides: Simply Orange juice & Home Fries.I also ordered a side of French toast. everything was hot and delicious. Customer Service was wonderful.David, the on-duty Manager, was not just friendly and welcoming to me as a customer, he was also very thoughtful and caring with his employees. I look forward to coming back.The restaurant is modern, bright and clean with various seating choices. We just got home. I didn't get my receipt and they forgot to give us our 5 cookies for $5. Bumper..we didn't check because we ordered 5 biggie bag and would thought they would have everything in there. I guess I won't be going there anymore.

Second time an Uber eats order got cancelled on a weekend because store couldn’t fulfill order with no explanation. Order was placed an hour and a half before close. ?

Terrible experience here… had three cashier at the order board and after getting change they asked for my receipt back they still got my order wrong … why does it take three people to make sure they have the right order and yet STILL get the order wrong !!! Also why have an establishment where you dont allow open doors ?!? The lobby was closed and in order to get what i paid for i had to wait another extra 20-30 mins fora son of a baconator plain with just cheese and bacon thats it … ended up givin the poor girl running back and forth a tip because i felt so bad she had to run back and forth and was locked out ! Insane ! The people waiting in line waited for at least 20-30 to get there meals … hire people that know what there doing or don't hire them ! 35 dollars for cold food and nasty pop that tasted watered down so much so it seemed it was for a kid … thank you though for the one employee that tried her best with the resources she had ! Wendys do better especially if you charge so much for the food you do serve !

Don't think food was fresh still sick from the Dave's double....I had rest of family had nuggets fries chicken drinks and is fine...that's why I think it was the burger....one
