So I have a friend who often tells me how amazing this diner is. I happen to be free and hungry the other day when I was in the area so I decided I would give it a try. All I can really say was that it was meh. They did cook my eggs correctly which was over medium, most places screw this up and I get over hard or overewsy. So points there. The toast was oddly squished, the bacon was on its last legs to be sure but tasted okay. The home fries were seemingly out of a fryer which I'm not a huge fan of as opposed to actual potatoes, chopped up and cooked on a griddle. Staff was friendly, The price is higher than what I pay at the places I prefer but not above average.

Pretty dang tasty! The hash browns were the best I have had lately, the flavor was PERFECT. The food came out hot and excellent, I will def be back to try the captain crunch French toast. My only meh about the place is that they charge extra (4%) if you pay with a card, and their atm is currently broken.

Can never say enough about this place the owners are just awesome and the service is the best they always greet you with a smile the waitress there it's just unbelievable and so kind always greets us with the smile.You hadn't been there in a while because of covid but will slowly but surely working our way back to wiseguys it is relaxing and food is comforting, sometimes we go there to eat a late breakfast and then we come home and just snooze.My husband Enzo loves the steak and hash browns with over easy eggs and toast the coffee is delicious they are always making sure that your coffee cup is filled. I love my over easy eggs and home fries with some bacon on the side and my cup of coffee and my rye toast.Love all the designs on the wall of the rat pack and ganster portraits like the Godfather movie , Casino movie and Scarface plus others they are nice photos to look at while you are waiting for your breakfast brunch or meal.Thanks WiseguysFor always making us feel welcome and comfortable while we are awaiting our meal. Good food cooked just as I requested in a "mobster" decor diner; horribly slow, but friendly, service. I'd like to note they fid note that they are short staffed and looking for help... Hopefully this will help to speed up service. I ordered one egg oe, one slice bacon crispy, one sausage and one piece of french toast. Everything was cooked just as ordered and the french toast was perfectly cooked using a nice thick slice of texas toast. The french toast was my favorite part because I had pretty horrible french toast last time I ordered it out (not here). My friend got the philly cheese steak and was disappointed because she was expecting the orange oozey cheese, not an actual slice of real cheese which I think was provolone, but she didn't specify. She also ordered it without the peppers and onions. I would have loved it since it was real cheese... If I go here again I think the philly cheese steak might be my choice... Depending how hungry I am. Her husband got a blt club with onion rings which he enjoyed.

The food was as bland as ever and cold, I went there with high hopes and expectations and was immediately let down. Honestly, the one star in this review isn’t deserved. By a long run. Don’t go here if you’re looking for good food. And If you don’t want to give your money to racists. Absolutely ridiculous.

I live around the corner but drive past it each weekend because the 5 times we've tried it in the past 7yrs we have been unhappy,, and today will absolutely be our last try!!The food is blah if not nasty and also overpriced.. The owner/server is rude and unwelcoming!! I do not believe that I have ever seen a smile on her face, she makes you feel like you are bothering her if you ask for mustard or something, and she tries her hardest to not refill your coffee!She may want to self reflect on why her restaurant is always empty while those around her (peppermill, karins lake haven, mel's, and ezzys) are all difficult to even get into on the weekend. Its because their food is good, the servers are attentive and the owners are polite!
