Food was good the first time, second time my bahn mi showed up with stale bread, and when I tried to get a replacement the owner was a total j****

I have no idea what happened. In January this place was amazing. Fresh delicious food. Went this week and it was a completely different restaurant. I ordered the same things but they were completely different. Had to throw out one of our meals, the rest were edible but were more like you would expect from the mall restaurants. Did ownership change?

I was excited about trying this place for the first time. But quickly realized that they had hardly anything on the menu to purchase. They had no soups they had no Korean barbecue I literally had to look at the menu five times to find something that they actually had. Really disappointed. I ordered the general tao chicken and it was so hard and tough to chew I ended up throwing it out. What a waste of money.

2.75/5- Rounding up for nice serviceNeeded some boba and casual takeout so Wok It Out satisfied both those needs. They ask to order by phone but they do have a menu outside and occasionally an employee will pop their head out to take your order. They take cash or card. Service is really friendly, parking is in a lot and very easy. No indoor/outdoor dining as of now.For my takeout meal I got the following:1) Trifecta (jasmine, strawberry, passionfruit tea w/ boba): None of the individual flavors stood out too much but the drink as a whole was lightly sweet, fruity, and refreshing. The boba didn't have much flavor but it was nicely cooked through (3.5/5)2) Shrimp Spring Rolls: Not a ton of shrimp, just a LOT of iceberg lettuce. You only get two and like I said, it's mostly lettuce. Not inedible though (2.75/5)3) Dac Biet Banh Mi: I've been craving Banh Mi for over a year since I moved to New York and I finally caved and got one and I think my cravings just got stronger. The bread here was just...wrong. It was just so soft and white bready all the way through vs soft on the inside with that crackly crusty exterior. I really wanted more pickled veggies inside and pate too. Just sort of disappointing all around (2/5)Overall, Woke It Out's food isn't bad. If you're looking for a fast casual place that'll serve drinks and food, it's a decent option. But personally it just doesn't hit the spot for my Vietnamese food cravings.

Not worth the money at all! The peaches out smoothie literally doesn't taste like anything & definitely not peaches. The butterfly shrimp were so greasy I literally had grease all over from it dripping through the bag. The crab Rangoon was FLAVORLESS!!!! Completely disgusting. It was not worth $30 dollars that's for sure. Won't be coming back here. I don't recommend Wok it out

The pho, sesame chicken and sandwiches were not too great. The fried spring rolls were good. The fresh spring rolls were ok although the carrot strips used in them should have been thinner. The highlight of the meal was the bread used for the Vetnamese sandwiches. It was the best that I've had.

Salt and pepper squid was very fresh and well made, lo mein noodles were about average. This isn’t your normal Chinese restaurant I’m pretty sure it’s Vietnamese so don’t expect that when checking this place out. Will definitely try again and get some other stuff from the interesting menu.

This is definitely a step up from your corner Chinese food place. The food was excellent and good portion size. I had Chicken PHO and the broth was very flavorful. We also had Chicken Lo Mein, General Tso and Pork dumplings. Delicious!!

Ordered for the first time last week. Everything was amazing. Pho was rich and flavorful. Pepper steak, pork belly buns and fried rice were perfect. Highly recommend.

I have never had a worse Chinese meal, and for the price, it was outrageous.

If you like Chinese, you will like this place. Spring rolls were good. Fresh and fried. That was the highlight. Salt and pepper squid, well, good. For take our though, not a good idea. Chicken wings, yummy. Pork belly buns? Void of flavor. Much better at other places. Asked for ho fun. Maybe its bc of corona virus but was told no. Got the house lo mein instead. As I have read from other reviewers, not much meat or veggies. 4 shrimp, 5 pieces of beef, 4 pieces of chicken. Sad, and not very flavorful at all. Again, I am glad they are open during the virus. Left a big tip for that. But subpar I'd you are into Asian, viet, thai. Just look at them as another Chinese place and they'll do fine.

Some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. Delicious Pho. Will definitely be back.
