The worst coffee ever! They never make the coffee right. I got a Carmel macchiato and they gave me the complete opposite of that on top of the drink not even be mixed!!

Cozy little dunkin about ten minutes from my home, which is such a life saver because everything is a minimum of 30 min away! Staff have always been warm and friendly, service quick and accurate. Never any complaints.

I won't even give this place a one star rating. The walk in service....NEVER makes the coffee / item requesting....Coffee ask for sugar...nothing!!!! Gross bitter coffee all the time. Get rid of the Owner/ manager DD rock hill NY sucks!!!
place is impossible to get anything from unless you have 20 minutes to wait. can't go inside because they never have staff and the drive thru takes 10 minutes if you're alone if there's a line forget it. they never have more then 1 person doing all the work.

Walk in is closed do to shortage in workers. Drive thru takes 20 minutes+ insanity. No workers close the store. Already ordered on my app so I couldn't order elsewhere. Disgrace!!!!!

I am not a huge fan of dunkin because of the poor service and lack luster food. While traveling out of town today, we stopped at this Dunkin. The service was incredible -welcoming, kind, appreciative. The food was also delicious. I purchased an apple fritter- best I've ever had! When ever I am in the area, I will definitely stop again!
