Me and my family of 5 made reservations for this restaurant for Easter. Upon arriving after our wonderful Easter church service, we were told the table was needed in an hr.. first red flag. We seated and the customer service we received and the tones of voice being used with us was so hostile and rude that we just decided to get up and leave. We were able to get a table at another local restaurant instead. We understand things get busy but that should NEVER affect the customer service given to paying customers. I asked for the supervisor so I can complain about the customer service prior to leaving this review but she was just as nasty. It was not even crowded in this establishment at the time we were in so I do not even understand why everything was so rushed.

Great service, drinks and excellent burgers. The only thing that sucks is the parking and they have no control over that.Also consider it for parties! There’s a great open deck and a covered option that can be reserved.

Though it has the potential to be great if only they made some management changes. Katy Grey claimed to be the manager. Based on her behavior I certainly hope this was just an employee taking liberties when the boss was away. The level of unprofessionalism was bad enough but when she made a racial slur under her breath towards my dining companion that was the last straw and completely unacceptable. We will NEVER come to this establishment as long as that person works there. completely disgusted.

RACIST RACIST RACIST. From the moment we got there. Racist. Would not recommend this place at all. Got accused of stealing the bartenders tip because I placed my bag on top of the tip that was left there & didn't know! Mind you I was sitting there for quite some time. Don't expect to get help or service either unless your Caucasian, took us awhile to even be acknowledged. NEVER AGAIN. & if the owner of the place sees this here's a big F U.

This place has great food. The service was awesome, too. Parking can be difficult to find, however. What makes this place stand out is the waterfront views you get. The food items we ordered to try here were the spinach and artichoke dip, fried chicken sandwich, and a grilled chicken wrap. Everything was excellent. The dip had great flavor. My favorite of these 3 items was the fried chicken sandwich. Loved how it was prepared. But everything we tasted we would recommend. We had a fun time hanging out here.
