I am a local and try over and over to be gracious and allow them the benefit of the doubt but not matter what every time I order from them something is wrong.Wrong topping.Cold pizza.Forgotten soda.No pen to sign credit card receipt on delivery!The list continues.At this point I’ll drive to Howard beach to get a pizza or risk the spot at 116th before coming back here.Even after speaking to someone claiming to be a manager and that notes would be put on my account I am still left feeling like the annoying customer when really I just want a decent value for my $45 pizza order.Good luck if you decide to go here.

Very good flavor and balance of cheese and sauce. Excellent amount of pepperoni on half. Back crust is great with an excellent crunch level. Middle crust a way too thick.

We had a birthday party here last night. The feedback from our guests was identical- fantastic food and service. We were in the private room and had a DJ. We fit about 40 guests comfortably. The party menu had choices for everyone. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this wonderful local restaurant!

Great fresh food! Excellent service. Rockaway is blessed to have this happy place. The staff is accommodating, and the ambience is wonderful, but most important the food is fresh and well prepared, and the prices are reasonable.

Delicious food ordered bacon cheese burger fries and stuffed mushrooms superb. Their grandma pizza also excellent. So good. Fresh and delivered hot. Bravo.

Hands down worst italian food I've ever had. No basil with the caprese, but iceberg lettuce? Iceberg lettuce with every side order actually. A lot of it. Much of the other produce clearly came from can, including the pears in the salad. Pasta was oily, and the meat tasted awful. Almost everyone at the table didn't finish because it was so bad. Staff was hovering over us and upselling constantly.A laughably bad experience.
