One of my favorite raman places. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a small place but I've never really have any issue with getting a seat. There's alot of different choices for raman and even other dishes. They don't get annoyed when you ask to leave things out and have a section on the menu for things to add to your raman if you would like. Really enjoyed our visit here. The pork gyoza was nice and crispy. I ordered the spicy tonkutsu which was great. I was a little disappointed because the egg is my favorite part of having a bowl of ramen and theirs seem under or un marinated. I would definitely come here again.

If in your family there are many kind of preference’s regarding to the ramen taste this is your place. They have many kind of ramens for each one. The appetizers are really good and the local it self is cozy. I will come back.

Food taste really good but this place is for tic tokers. No chairs, they have buckets or stools. Wooden porous spoons served with the soup. Half way through i was wondering how many lips have been on this wooden ladle. Very small restaurant , will only get take out i guess. Maybe lunch.

I didn't want to spend too much money so I got the pork bun for myself. My son got the blue hawai soda and my dad got a bowl with ramen, a poached egg and broth.The pork bun was good, a nice appetizer. The appetizers of chicken tenders and veggie gyoza were ok. I the spicy miso ramen that was delicious and filling. Not spicy at all to me but flavorful almost a hint of spice. We arrives at 3:30p not realizing that they close at 4:30p for shift break so had to hurry up and eat but they let us eat whike they were on break which was very nice.The only hiccup was that they mixed up my order and that of a friend but once told quickly replaced my friends order and offered to change mine as well. I was fine with what I had and will make sure it is correct the next time. Definitely worth visiting when in Rockville Center.
I ate ramen at 8 ramen. Not my finest joke but not the finest ramen.Don't get me wrong, they deserve their 4 stars. The decor is fantastic and whimsical.The service is fast and consistent.The vibe is chill overall and the place is clean.The ramen is good. Noodles were perfect texture but the broth just left a bit to be desired. The shrimp tempura is great and you feel better knowing you pay less when you being cash.Overall a good choice for aesthetics and a quick bite.

We were in Rockville Centre looking for some comfort food and settled on 8 Ramen.Ambience: a cute little dining room that could pass for a flower shop, with flower bouquets hanging all around. Great place for a date night or if you have a bunch of little girls with you.Food:Crispy Bacon chips - strips of bacon? Doesn't get better than this. Why doesn't everyone else do this?! 5/5Takoyaki - fried octopus balls. Standard fare at most Japanese Ramen shops 4/5Spicy 8 Ramen - a fried chicken katsu served with some stir fried ramen and poached egg. Can't go wrong with fried chicken, however, I wasn't a big fan of the ramen. Perhaps I missed drinking the broth that I associate with ramen. 4/5

I love love this place. Whenever I'min Rockville Center I have some great ramen, karate chicken and dumplings, I love it so much that I got my folks hooked on it. Service is great. Place is nice and quaint and bathroom is nice and clean. Service is great. I love it so much I have soup in the summer. Can't wait to come here in the fall

The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were quick to take our orders and the food arrived promptly.I highly recommend this noodle bar to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.
