I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST dining at this establishment. The service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. There were concerning incidents indicating potential racism.From the moment we arrived, the service was disrespectful and unwelcoming. The hostess seemed uninterested, and the waitress appeared indifferent, never bothering to introduce herself or make us feel valued as customers. The food portions were small for the price, and the quality was subpar—my salmon was dry, and the tacos were lacking flavor. Communication was a struggle throughout the meal, with long waits for assistance and repeated attempts to grab the attention of servers.Additionally, there was a concerning incident where the waitress inserted herself into our private conversation. My husband said Babe pack my food please and the server answered my husband and attempted to pack it for him. This particular waitress was too involved with my husband which was disrespectful to me. He had to correct her and state that he was talking to me.Even after paying, the ordeal continued when I encountered unhelpful and dismissive responses regarding a simple request for a to-go cup for a non-alcoholic strawberry lemonade. This bald white man made eye contact with me and literally put his nose up in the air and proceeded to walk in the opposite direction. I got the attention of another waiter who stated, “they don’t do to-go cups”. I said it’s lemonade and it’s paid for. He then had the nerve to say we would have to "sit there and finish it". I was beyond livid at this point. Overall, this experience left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened by the apparent lack of professionalism and respect for customers.My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing and I don't recommend wasting your time or money here.

As chain restaurants go, Bonefish is one of the best ones. The seafood is always top-notch, and their drinks are always good. I always enjoy coming here.
Had the pleasure of doing a tasting last night, what a great experience!What we tried:-Started with the Chicken BLT nachos (very light and shareable)-Crowd Pleaser Sampler (Bang Bang Shrimp, Tempura Crunch Sashimi Tuna, Kung Pau Brussel Sprouts) That Tuna was SO TENDER!-Ahi Tuna Poke (delicious, those seasoned chips elevated the dish)-Warm Cookies (chocolate chip, cranberry white chocolate) SO DELICIOUS, WARM, GOOEY...ultimate comfort!I tried the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini as well, it was good...not overwhelming or strong, sweet, didn't get Blueberry lemon though.Staff was phenomenal, they are so kind and welcoming. The owner has a real passion for what he does, and is grateful for what he has. By the way, if you need any special accommodations, they are more than happy to help, don't be afraid to ask!This is a fancy spot, so lovely and comfortable inside. It is dark with a warm glow from the dim lights and candles. The bar is quite a lovely centerpiece, and there is plenty of seating between the divider. There is bar seating, high top tables, booths, low tables. Parking can be challenging, there is a large metered parking lot (around back), free after 6pm, or you can take the train in.
The atmosphere was good. The food was tasty and appealing. The prices were reasonable however Christian and his partner were excellent wait staffers. Christian was on top of his game & accommodated my granddaughter's family birthday celebration. He even accommodated the late comers. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

This restaurant used to be a place where I wanted to go and I dont think I've been back since the world opened back up. Needless to say, I was looking forward to having lunch at a place that I frequented often and made a reservation. I was shocked to get there on a Sunday afternoon and see only a few people seated. It was clear to me that something was very wrong. It didn't take me long to realize that things had declined. They were shortstaffed and it took a little while just to get seated.As far as the service, we had a phenomenal waiter named Christian. He was attentive and really tried to make the best out of a problematic situation. We consiste try commented that the food looked and tasted different but he was always so positive and offered explanations wherever he could. For example, Bonefish was known for having a specific type of complimentary bread with their olive olil but we were offered something that did not compare at all. We commented and he told us that the shipment had not arrived. While this was odd, it wasn't Christian's fault and we appreciated him telling us what was going on.Overall, it just doesnt feel like the same restaurant and outside of Christian, I wish that I would've went to the seafood boil place close by. They need to work on bringing back the quality and then the people will come.

Went there yesterday and the food was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection im so happy I listened to our waitress Zapora. I will definitely be back for the food and drinks ❤️Edit : 3/2/2024Went there today and they must have a new cook because the food was mediocre. My steak was DRY even after I told the girl medium well. So it’s safe to say I will not be returning to bonefish, well this one at least.
