The person who’s taking take out orders is actually brain dead. My sweet girlfriend had to wait at the store for nearly 30 mins while they fixed our order. Not only did they mess up her Veggie burger but they also added another regular burger onto the bill which was never ordered. She had to wait there in that extremely loud awful place for so long for them to fix her food and refund back the money. Not only that but I gotta wait here on the couch lonely and starving at damn near 9:30 at night! Service sucksFood too expensiveOverall awful experience

Came here for dinner and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant seems to always be packed and there is always a wait. I strongly recommend making a reservation, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. They have a great selection of sandwiches, apps and burgers. They even allow you to create your own burger. The quality is good and the portion sizes are decent. I think an app and entree is enough for one person. I got the atomic burger and it was very tasty. The service was a bit slower (I sat at the bar), but the place was certainly cranking, so that was to be expected, but it wasn't anything I'd really complain about. Staff is very friendly though. I didn't get any milkshakes but they looked good. Overall the place is nice, but quite small. It's in the center of downtown RVC, so there's a lot around it. Would recommend and will be back.

The burgers were lacking seasoning the meat was bland... unfortunately we ordered medium burgers and they came out pretty much rare, the onion rings were ok nothing special, the mac and cheese was pretty bad it had a taste like they used a cream of chicken can base to thicken, and surprisingly the star of the show was the fries they were seasoned perfectly i would of ate 2 orders of them with a couple beers and perfect. We were probably one of the first guest for the day so its not like they were packed and rushed in the kitchen. I had such high hopes for this place seeing the food online, and it was severely disappointing

This place has fell off TREMENDOUSLY! I ordered food tonight from Uber eats and received my food super cold. I called to speak with a manger Tim was very food and disgusting! I told him the issue he said “i don’t know how many deliveries the driver has” i told Him mine was the ONLY one and my food arrived early. I use to work at burgerology so i know they can see the time and how many orders are on the screen. He proceeded to say “it’s 30 degrees outside as well as if that’s a valid reason for my food to be cold i only am 5 minutes away from this location. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this behavior!

Burgerology has some good shakes, good food & it's a nice little vibe. Now they have so many other locations, but this is the only one I've been to. The service was also good. I'm not a big burger person but I love sweets sooo I had to get the shake ℓoℓ.

Ordered multiple times here. Food is inconsistent. Sometimes their pretzel is stale. The nachos are horrible. However, the burgers are really good but the inconsistency is a huge issue.
