I came here 5 years ago and we loved the experience and food so much that it was my husband’s and I date night spot. We came back today and maybe it was the time of day but the waitress didn’t check up on us, the food wasn’t as good and we felt rushed out even though they closed at midnight. Anyways, maybe we’ll try again during earlier hours.

If I’m going on my last visit at this location I’m going to give it a 5/5 all the way around the board. Food has never been this good service was incredible and there’s always a good vibe going on in here one. Barely had time to take pictures the food was so good.Parking: Parking is never really that bad on the street or the parking lot.

Food was bland, overpriced, and skinty. Guacamole (prepared in front of us) needed more salt and lime. Took 45 mins to get our order taken. Drinks were bad. Just go to a real Mexican restauran. This place was simultaneously underwhelming and overwhelming (couldn't hear anything over the loud music).

Cabo is very good for Mexican food. The taco bowl is huge and filled with lettuce tomato refried beans and rice. Choose to add a meat. Grilled chicken. Very good. Recommend it. The pablanos with cheese are similar to a quessidilla with chopped pablanos and cheese served with 4 slices. Very good. Brisket quessidilla was excellent. They serve Pepsi. Not coke. Beer on draft is good. The one complaint was the music was so loud it interferes with conversation. Couldn't even hear the waiter. Another problem is parking. Rockville Centre is always a tough place to get a parking spot. There are meters and I suggest you pay because they do ticket cars. Because of parking it is not easy for handicapped.

How do you give no stars? Can we get an app update.....? Sitting down I noticed roaches running around, ummm ok I guess it's New York. But then I saw a rat, and I'm sure if there's one there are more to come, or at least maybe the ninja turtles might show up. This place seems to really be about frozen margaritas and labeled as Mexican food, but I couldn't find a single Mexican thing in the menu. Unless of course you are under the assumption that los Cabo's caters to white Karen's in Mexico, but they couldn't even get that right. Regardless I stayed for comical relief at this point. The chicken in my food seemed rubbery, I couldn't even eat it I should have known better than to order food at this point but I went for it. Music from the DJ was blasting vibrating the windows and as the people seemed drunker from sugary drinks they stopped caring about the roaches and mice I'm sure. I noticed one of the managers dressed like he was in Miami during the times of cocaine cowboys, because while yelling at his staff it seemed like he was on drugs. I didn't even bother to complain because I'm sure if they have roaches mice and a manager on cocaine this place can't even be saved by John Taffer. Regardless I'll be watching bar rescue for a possible episode of this place in the years to come.

I had to eat spicy food without water even though I ordered it and asked three people to bring water and it only came after my meal. DONT GET THE FRIED ICE CREAM it was just ice cream covered in cereal not even fried. Overall 3.5/10

My daughter and her friend took me here for an end of day drink and food. I had the steak and chicken fajitas, which were horrible. They had no taste and had a soupy texture. I also had a mango margarita, but that was delicious. I would recommend the drinks hands down.

Food was very bland had no seasoning Drinks were basically water had no alcohol in it. I asked for guacamole. It was an extra $10 and that’s all they gave me was basically a spoonful of guacamole.
