I am craving this every time I'm on Long Island and it's my new favorite treat to get. I have tried a few other boba/bubble tea places and this is just my favorite I've tried so far. We've always been in and out of here, the staff are quick and efficient. Small little store front, possibly easily missed, so keep an eye out! Will be back soon!

I always had the brown sugar boba latte, today my kids told me try something else, I created my own, mango milk tea with coffee jelly,Omg, it’s taste very good, if you like brown sugar one, I bet you also love it, my special order, very good to try new. Ordered from an online delivery service and we were so pleased!My boyfriend got some kind of peach tea, which tasted so incredibly fresh & perfectly sweetened.I got the jasmine green tea with tapioca pearls and it was OUT of this world. I loved it so much, I think I finished it in 5 minutes. The bubbles were perfectly cooked and sweet!Dietary restrictions: There’s lots of dairy alternatives for the drinks!

My family and I have been coming to Drunk Tea for a long time, my daughters love it and we even recommend the place to our friends.We were in the area in Sunday decided to grab some tea, ordered a large bubble tea and noticed there was more ice than usual. The next day we went back to buy again and I recounted my experience from the day before and when I placed my order I politely asked if they could put a little less ice, I was surprised by their response being so rude. Not only were they not friendly but they also seemed to not want to accommodate my simple request as if it was an inconvenience to them.Across the street, they opened a new place and due to my unpleasant experience we decided to try them. I explained to them how I wanted my tea and their answer was with great pleasure, they were kind and pleased to accommodate the customer's request.We used to love Drunk Tea and are extremely disappointed at the way we were treated after such a simple request as the amount of ice in a cup. We truly hope things can change soon it seems to be we are not the only ones complaining about customer service, what a true shame.

We stopped in after having lunch at Croxleys. Butwhat was that for the guy at the counter was rude tried asking about few different n things on menu and got zip from him everything was yes yes yes. Felt rushed to order and very disappointed in the drink also place can use a few touch ups.
