Good food. Good service. They don't rush you like many restaurants nowadays. I had the chipotle chicken tacos, the pickled onions that came with it were great. Thai shrimp appetizer was good too. Obviously finished our meal with the George Martin brownies sundae. Everything was delicious.

Came in last night w a party of 8 after my son's recital, food was really yummy, definitely a casual, family place. our server was super sweet and attentive, I left my purse on a chair and she ran outside to hand me my purse! Will come back again.

The management at this place is by far the worst I have ever seen. The staff here are irresponsible, nasty and they lie. Then again you can't expect much when you hire someone completely inexperienced and unprofessional and give them "manager" title. Will never come here again and will definitely not recommend.
UPDATE: In response to my review, GM management offered our family a make-good based on the subpar experience. They were genuinely interest in learning from my experience, and demonstrated a professional commitment to addressing the required improvements.We took advantage of the make good this weekend. I’m pleased to report the food quality was significantly improved, alongside the always pleasant service and engaging, family friendly atmosphere. Brunch with Santa in Dec has become a bit of a tradition with us, and we have every intention of going again this year. Thank you, GM.—-My family’s recent experiences at this restaurant have been nothing short of disappointing. We’ve been regular customers of Burger Bar (and the other GMs) since 2014…but about a year ago, the quality of the food took a drastic nosedive. It's now on par with a hungry man microwave dinner - burnt, yet seemingly undercooked, flavorless (except for an overwhelming amount of salt), and shockingly expensive.We made the mistake of bringing my extended family here for my daughter's birthday, sticking to simple burger orders, but 7 out of 10 were sent back to the kitchen. Sadly, those that returned mostly went uneaten. We decided to give them another chance a few months later after they experienced flooding due to heavy rain (as we’re all for supporting local businesses), but our hopes were dashed once again.The $12 kids' chicken fingers (3) were practically 99% breadcrumbs with a mere 7 fries, the kids' grilled cheese was a sad combination of break-apart cheap white bread and a single slice of American cheese. The shakes tasted like bland skim milk with zero flavor, and the $20 fiesta chicken tacos on “special” (see pic) left much to be desired.I'm writing this review with the hope that it catches the attention of the restaurant's ownership and motivates them to improve both the food quality and the overall dining experience. Otherwise, this once-beloved establishment seems to have lost its way.

I will never come back here again. The food is okay but the service was horrible. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. We sat at the bar and Amrita our “bartender” was so rude and not attentive. I’m really surprised by this service coming from a George Martin restaurant.

Been going there for over 10 years and went there two months ago and saw different people and services really weren’t the same so I gave it another chance tonight and was told they were two servers and please be patient after two hrs was told the girl forgot to put the order in the lady manager was also there two months ago and either the place was sold or they should get rid of there management now because I will not go back and will advise others to stay away the place was also empty so I’m sure others feel the same way

Disappointed. Went here with friends who raved about it. I ordered one of their standard burgers off the menu. I don't eat undercooked hamburger meat, so I ordered it well done. Huge mistake. My burger was deeply seared on the outside and medium at best on the inside. Clearly they don't use a thermometer when cooking their burgers. I choked it down because we were in a hurry, but had an upset stomach the rest of the night due to eating raw meat. Never again.
