I ordered a chopped salad which I paid a extra 2.00 and the salad was old and was not chopped didn't receive my order that goes with the salad shrimp I was charged 9.00 for it sad part is I paid cash and no one was willing to accommodate me and the manager was rude about , I personally won't be spending my money with this business again

Gino's has one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Another gem in Rockville Centre for sure, the service was fast, the prices were fair, and the food is amazing. I ordered a plain slice and a caesar salad, and my boyfriend ordered a buffalo chicken slice. Everything was out of this world! This is definitely *the* spot I'd recommend to anyone stopping by!

The pizza is usually good but not tonight. Ordered a large pepperoni and you can tell it was a cheese pie they just put pepperoni on. Called to say something and they couldn't own up to their mistake. Very disappointed, waste of $29.

My pet peeve. Stop with the crying about the cost of credit card fees. Small businesses have been paying credit card fees forever. The employees state that they have no control, its the credit cards that force us to charge more for the use of credit cards. But thats a lie. Not every pizza place charges extra. I know Prince Umbertos in Franklin Square doesnt charge for extra for credit. They have been in business since 1975. Its a personnal choice that Gino's made. Its my choice not to use your business.
The food and wait service was excellent. It was worth traveling 2500 miles from Arizona to eat at Gino's.

Best pizza on Long Island, nope, not my opinion, it's a fact. Us NYers are very particular about 2 things specifically, ? and . This pizza is excellent. The place is very clean and spacious, although I have never sat down to eat there simply because I live within the blink of an eye. The sauce is good, the cheese is good, the dough is cooked perfectly...just chefs kiss. And their customers service is great. This is my absolute go-to...unless I am in Queens because then I go to Margaritas ?Enjoy!!Parking: Their is a narrow lot around back, but usually you can just find street parking.
