Recently returned since it's just down the street from my apartment. Food was very good...still problems at the counter. When the guy who I assume is the owner is not there, the OTB staff all screw around. Same problem at pretty much every Italian restaurant I been to. Boss needs to kick ass more.

For $3.40 a slice I would like a pinch of salt. It's bland. Very bland. I've tried this place maybe five times already and it's just underwhelming. It's so close to home I really want to like it but it's just bleh. I honestly don't even want to finish after one bite.

I come here frequently and every single time the staff is rude. It almost feels like you are bothering them with your business and the woman who answeres the phone during weeknights is downright nasty. Every time i order a chicken roll for pickup, it comes out cold and the pizza is usually old and soggy. Tonight was the last night i'll visit here ever agin. I recommend people go elsewhere. I never write reviews but tonight was the final straw - i walked in and the person behind the counter took 2 minutes to ask me what i wanted because he was too busy talking and the chicken roll was basically not heated up (even though i got there 5 minutes after placing the order on the phone).

the staff is rude - they act as if you're bothering them with your patronage. the slices are usually soggy / old and every time I have ordered pick up, the food is basically cold (and I always get there before when they tell me it would be ready) they don't treat their customers well and their food is either old or cold. go elsewhere

Pizza was good. But for 2 slices of pizza and a soup $16 is outrageously expensive. No lunch specials offered. Big and roomy. Quick service.

If you love buttery, garlicky pasta, the Pasta with Spring Vegetables (pasta primavera) is the move! Generous portion and lots of veggies. And don't skip the garlic knots.

Stopped by here to pick up a meal before a long night and ordered chicken rolls and garlic knots. Both were not bad but also nothing extraordinary either. The service was okay, it could've been a bit faster considering we were just doing takeout, there wasn't much of a crowd, nor was it a busy day it was just a regular Thursday. Again, it's not bad but it's not a place I'd really care to visit again.
I have been a customer here for 20 years. the quality has gone downhill. it just isn’t what it was back in the day. There’s way too much pizza competition to even spend money at this sub-par
