Cute place, really tasty bowl! My green drink was kinda watery, but I've noticed this is how it's made many places, I'd rather make my own where I can actually taste the greens. Overall good.

I came to this business on a Sunday morning to order açaí. The cashier looked upset about taking my order the second I walked through the door, and her facial expressions were not welcoming at all. While taking my order, she was slamming the iPad with her fingers and giving me a nasty attitude. I work in customer service myself and I understand that people have bad days. The part that made me laugh was that she was being "nice" and saying hello to the customers after me. The cashier looked pretty young. I will go to any other sol bol, except this one. Whoever runs this business, you should tell that employee she needs to reinvent her disgusting attitude...

Yikes - i could swear they used to use a really good plant based protein - which was very smooth. I hadn't ordered protein in a while but did tonight and was very disappointed to discover that they now use chalky whey protein.

First time in here, and honestly never tasted anything this amazing in my life. The worker there was so nice, I think her name is Tania. If your ever in the area this is the best place for nice and healthy deserts. Price was also extremely reasonable. -Thank you!

A guy walked in ask for cup so the worker gives him a cup he walks away with the cup then comes back an says sorry this cup is to big ? so the worker then says I have this one he says yes that’s good. They take the cup from him an put back on top of all the clean cups that’s just unsanitary. On top of that I ordered a regular bol I got this…

placed an order for two icai bowls to be delivered. i even added a $5.00 tip. Uber eats only delivered one icai bowl packed in a brown paper bag with my name on it. when I called Sobol of Rockville center, they said to deal with Uber eats which was agravating trying to find a way to contact someone to solve the problem. The option to refund only refunded partial of the cost of one bowl $4.50 instead of $9.85 that cost one acai bowl. i called the place back and the manager doesnt give me any other solutions. im very dissappinted at Sobol of Rockville Center for not doing my order right in the first place but most importantly, not wanting to resolve the problem, and Uber eats for not give a full refund on the item I didnt get.

FYI when the business owner replied telling me this was standard. It's not. I go to Sobol weekly in various locations (all over Westchester, Astoria, Bed Stuy, Long Beach, etc.) and the portion they gave me was consistent if I ordered a regular size bowl, not the SUPER size bowl that I had paid for. This place and it's management is garbage.
