Food is fine (it's pretty hard to mess up ) this is my main Dunkin in my area ........unfortunately. The issue with this dunkin is every single time me or my wife go to this place on any day of the week and at different times of the day the drive through line LITERALLY TAKES FOREVER. Hire more people or figure out a better system. Even rare times when the line isn't overflowing into portion road the service is STILL remarkably S L O W - I'm talking even just 3-4 cars.
It would be a nicer establishment if the employee at the drive thru window in the morning was more pleasant. It's basic customer service to say good morning how can I help you? Or good morning which order are you picking up? I used to go to this location every morning between 7:15am and 7:30am but I've stopped because of the horrible service I receive at the drive thru window. This store is not making the cappuccino blast correctly, they pre mix , the mix with milk in correctly, this practice is not safe as milk goes bad which can make consumer sick, Suffolk health department will be notified, do not buy these drinks from them they do not taste good at allllll!!! For the price , rip off for ice milk that what your getting
