Food was good, have no complaints about it. Although customer service representatives are rude. I'd look somewhere else.

I wish I jumped on this bandwagon earlier than last week. I used to do my own meal prep, but eating the same thing multiple days a week got old, along with the shopping, cooking, and juggling two toddlers. Pricepoint- I work in Brooklyn- try finding a healthy meal for under 10 dollars. Also break down the time to drive to the supermarket, shop, prep, cook, put in containers. With that being said, I feel the price is reasonable. Quality- everything I ordered was very enjoyable and didn't regret any dish I picked. My only complaint- a few of the dishes had undercooked rice. Awaiting my next order and many more. Game changer for me.

We really enjoyed the meals we picked up from here! We just walked in and picked some out; we did not do the weekly plan but everything was still great! There are tons of options in store and it's a great option if you don't plan ahead! The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. No BS Review. Ordered cause I saw a friend post on their story. The best thing about this company is they have tons and tons of options. You can easily spend 20 minutes reading through their menu. I ordered 11 meals and loved 7, liked 2 and didn't like 1. All of them however were filling, helped me hit my macros for the day/ week, and were super fresh. I ordered another set for next week and the easy thing is, you can just order the ones you like on the second go round. Price wise, obviously it's going to be more expensive than shopping and cooking yourself, however, the ability to supplement one or two meals a day with meals that are already cooked, and macro friendly that don't taste like microwave food is what you're paying for. Plus it's still affordable compared to other meal prep companies. Overall it's great.

Well I will start by saying I have tried many different meal plans. Me and my wife started using HMD and used the for maybe a year. Then we decided to just pick up the meals in store because we haven't been eating as many as we used to. The meals are great and there are a ton of options. My only issue has nothing to do with the food. My issue is that they offer a first responder discount on orders that are placed online and picked up but not when buying meals in store. I don't understand how I can go into the store and pay more money for the meals but the first responder discount does not apply. Then I am charged a 3% fee if I pay with my credit/debit card. I understand having to raise prices because of rising food costs but to charge me to use my card is part of the cost of doing business. Due to the fact that I really do enjoy the meals I will not mention the name of the meal service I now use that does not charge me a processing fee and offers the first responder discount in person for any amount of meals. Which is nice because I can go down and pick up 1 meal so I can have a healthier meal during my tour. I really wish HMD would realize that they are losing money as I know multiple people who do not use them any more for the reason that I just mentioned.

First time there. I only had one meal so far the shrimp keto Greek which side of tziziki. It was delicious but there is a lot more to choose from online than in the store. I would like to also add their dumplings over sauteed cauliflower is fantastic actually anyting over sauteed cauliflower if you like that is great

This place has always been delicious. I've bought from various locations on Long island. But this item right here, the cafe mocha overnight oats, is 1,000 times more delicious than what delicious would be described as. You guys keep up the good work okay. And I'll definitely keep going back, and also recommending people try your foods.
