this is fifth time in a row they forgot my soda. i verified the order 3 times and they still fogot to deliver it .I was charged for it though . so frustrating horrible service lost my appetite

They are horrible delivered wrong food on one item hit hair in next item and delivered another one but had no Mgr there to talk about black hair in food .. worst of all NOONE DPEAKS ENGLISH!!!!

This is not an exaggeration and not out of anger, but this must be the worst Chinese food there is! This was not the first time we've ordered here, but thought I'd give them another chance and try a second time. I got a beer with broccoli, and my coworker got chicken Szechuan, both in our dishes, the veggies were not sauteed and the meat had no flavor whatsoever! There were no spices and no flavor. We ended up throwing it all away. What a waste that was. Do yourself a favor and cross the road to Red Apple, though their food is not the best, but at least there's flavor in it. Needless to say, never going back there again

I waisted my money in a lunch order boneless ribs with pork fried rice. Ribs were dry and like rubber, rice had no pork and it was not fully cooked. This lunch looked like it was left over from the day before. Never again will I go to this place.

Just gross. I'm so mad that Red Apple across the street was closed (well they weren't answering their phone). Easily the worst Chinese I've ever ordered. Got sesame chicken, general tso's Chicken. They were incredibly dry and cooked into rock hard crunchy nastiness. Please go to the place across the street. RED APPLE. they are so good (get the fried wantons and it'll change your life)
