I have had the brisket sandwich, the steak tidbit sandwich and the French dip sandwich, all comes with French fried that are so deliciously yummy as well. “Was there Monday for happy hour. Buy one get one free appetizers is a great deal, can't take leftovers with you, understandable. The Ahi tuna and fish tacos were large portions and delicious. Johanna the bartender was friendly and attentive. The gentleman (dougie?) who came on after her I can not say the same about, he was rude and unfriendly and talked poorly about the previous bartender and a waitress in front of customers.“
“The new ownership is just what this Mineola institution needed to refresh its brand. The staff is friendly/laissez-faire in that typical "Long Island" way (if you live here, you get it). The bar side can be a bit cramped on busy nights but the restaurant side is very spacious. The copious number of TVs make it ideal for Sunday football and they do occasionally rent the space for private events. The menu has been updated and upgraded but still retains that bar food charm. The wings are of the well-done variety, if you like that and are plenty spicy (although, your taste may vary). I enjoyed the addition of hot pepper flakes on their hottest wings. The baked clams, giant pretzel and quesadillas are perfect apps while the full menu is surprisingly extensive with meatloaf, pot and Sheppard's pie, and a triple meat blend burger that knocks it out of the park. Prior to my last visit, it had been years since visiting Cornerstone and I'm glad I found my way back to this solid neighborhood pub.“

“A group of us went to celebrate a birthday and the staff was so accommodating, from the DJ booth with the bday shout out to the sparkle candle & free shot from the bar. We were only there for 2 hrs & it was awesome. The DJ was blasting hits and the bartender, Lauren was so attentive. We didn't order any food but the service & atmosphere was great. I really didn't expect for their food to be so good being that its a pool hall. The wings were good but the onion rings were the best onion rings I've had anywhere.I'm definitely going back to play pool because I had a good time but trust me you want to try their wings and onion rings! They have a lot of drink selections as well so just check the place out!“

“Really great place. Found this place when looking for a late night place to eat as we were picking someone up from JFK, and we are from out of town. The website said open to 4am. We made a reservation for 11 and were told the kitchen closes at midnight. We were running late they called us and let us get there at 11:40. They're was 12 of us! “Chill bar with big lawn games inside, huge TVs above bar, plenty of seating. Food was really good and priced well. The service is good, staff is attentive and bathrooms are clean. Parking is available for the Tangram mall. I would come back with friends and chill. Bartender mentioned that they have a DJ on Saturday nights so that might be something to check out.“
