Went for an anniversary and had an average experience. Food was good, but the service was mediocre. You're packed in there like sardines. My poor wife who was 8 months pregnant could barely move the table out a little as we were already backed into the table behind us. We were also basically sitting at the table next to us, it felt incredibly awkward to try and carry out a conversation being that close as it felt like we were talking over each other.

My family and I went on a weekend evening. Food was delicious. We were 6 and ordered the porterhouse for five. We ordered it Cajun style. Love the sides of mash potatoes, creamed spinach, and sautéed spinach. The crab legs special was very large and were great!

Very disappointed in the entire experience. Food was not the quality I expected. Ordered the 10 oz filet. It was tasteless and had overcooked gristle on the end. The broccoli Hollandaise was steamed broccoli with a bowl of cold, gloppy “hollandaise” with a skin already firming. The bread basket was fresh out of the refrigerator. The Caesar salad was ok, nothing special. The mashed potatoes were good. Service was ok. Not really sure who our waiter was as we had numerous people serve us. We weren't even offered a second glass of wine. Tables were very close together - so close, I could've eaten off the plates next to me. Definitely not worth the cost.

Overall wasn't very happy with the restaurant. Food was good, but the service wasn't great. The host was terrible, only catered to the locals that eat there weekly. If you like eating shoulder to shoulder with the people seated next to you, then this is the place for you. Everyone is crammed in.

Food is very tasty. I did not like that the tables were so close together.... It was like we were all one party, which does not give off intimate vibes if you're on a date. Service was pretty good. Overall decent experience but the set up really needs some work.

To start, the Cajun ribeye was delicious. The manager was also great.Have to say, from the atmosphere to the sides, everything else was mediocre. The mushrooms tasted and looked canned. The hash browns tasted like reheated fries, most of them burnt and stale tasting.Their steak sauce is great, luckily because you need it for everything else. The plain ribeye was tasteless and the filet mignon was super gamey, the very nice manager removed the filet from both our table and the check, which was nice. The noise inside when people speak seems to bounce all over the walls and hits you right in the face.Comparable to an overpriced Outback Steakhouse. Would definitely not be returning. And to end, the valet seemed to have taken the car for a ride because it was in a different spot when we arrived vs when we left.I almost forgot to mention, the cold bread paired with the refrigerator flavored butter.Bleh. Definitely would never come back. What a joke.

My husband and I have come here about 3 times now and it’s our new favorite date spot. The Cajun Rib-eye is by far the best (we may have had a few pieces before taking the pic) !! Also highly recommend the hash browns ???

Like most steak houses, the menu is ala carte. If money is no object, this is the place for you. Our waiter not withstanding (very good), personally I feel the place is over-rated.

We just Love it here. Took both kids with us and we had a blast. Love the atmosphere, food is always top notch, all employees are friendly and hard at work at all times. Just a GREAT restaurant all around.

Always wanted to try Bryant & Cooper as word on the street is that it's one of the best steakhouses around NY! Made a reservation about 2 weeks ago and the only available time was around 3p. When we showed up at the restaurant though, it was quite empty and no one asked for my reservation. The restaurant appears really classic on the inside and the ambiance was quiet and classy. Our server was so happy to be there. He was very nice and introduced us to the menu. We got the porterhouse steak for 2 and cream spinach and fried onions. Everything was delicious! What I really enjoyed was the crispy outer shell of the steak and very soft and juicy inside; I would agree that it was one of the best steakhouses I've been to! One thing that was a bit odd is that they had a sizable parking lot and we parked in a spot, but then the parking attendant demanded to have our keys. I guess it's bc they want to organize the cars in a different way, but in the end we had to pay tip even though we parked our own car....I guess this is a old style classic. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Night atmosphere and great service. Both my husband and I got steaks which were charred on the outside and lacked flavor. Husband's one was undercooked on the inside and mine was overdone. Also the parking seemed to be valet only which my husband doesn't like to do. But, the atmosphere was fantastic, so I probably would try the place again—but not get the steaks.

Very good steakhouse that would stand out in any midwestern city, with a solid rib steak, large portions, strong drinks, and good desserts. Everything was cooked perfectly. Classic old school steakhouse vibe. Might need to grab someone's attention to get another drink, but it will come out quick after that.
