Unfortunately I can't recommend ordering food from them after the ordeal I've been through. We placed a substantial order for a ten-person get-together at my home. The restaurant's staff admitted to handing the wrong order to the driver and because they do not have their own driver, suggested we placed another order immediately which we did because we had hungry guests and the first charge would be refunded. Upon informing the restaurant, they contacted the delivery app and assured us we would receive a refund for our first order in 2-3 days. Needless to say, NO refund was received and we've exhausted all avenues of dispute through the delivery app, the restaurant, and our credit card; spending numerous hours disputing the first charge. This review is the last resort in order to warn others for what it is worth.We won't be ordering delivery from La Bottega EVER again.

Ordered a take out order. I was met by an inordinate amount of rudeness over the phone followed by them getting my order completely wrong. All restaurants screw up orders, not the first time won't be the last. Totally understand that it happens. But if you are going to talk down to your customers you better get the order right. Not going to put up with bad service if I'm not getting what I paid for.

I ate at this restaurant on my own while visiting the area and had an amazing meal.First of all, the exterior of the establishment is so endearing and sets a nice vibe before you even enter. The interior stays consistent and has a busy but lively and cosy energy. I ordered the Lenticchie and the Gnocchi al Tartufo.The bread for the table was still warm and tasted delicious with the olive oil (and also when dipped in the lentil soup ?).My god the lentil soup was so good just that alone is a 5 stars from me. The gnocchi (pictured) was not as good for me personally but I think that was from my own tastes re: the sauce. The gnocchi itself was cooked perfectly.Also, the meals here have solid portions and you definitely will not leave the restaurant hungry.

Be careful ordering a lunch special. Size of a panini is a joke. It's a children under the age of 5 size.Follow up: Giuseppe, food tastes very good, that is why I put four stars. However unless you are a five year old child there is no way that lunch box will feed an average size adult. Panini size was of a finger food toast. Not sure what you mean by beets, i only got a tiny box with two panini toasts and a small soup with two slices of bread. For $16.29. Two of those lunch boxes can be considered as an adult lunch. Have a good day

This was Uber Eats and I was will say the presentation was on point and the food was great. I ate 2 of 3 items because I decided to share ?. I will visit in person next time. A warm cozy Italian place off the Roslyn strip. The meal starts with some complimentary bread and olive oil + salt, as any authentic Italian meal does. The panini was hot and crispy, stuffed with melted cheese, cured meats, and pickled veggies. While the gnocchi itself was pillowy, the truffle sauce was too buttery and hardly tasted like truffle. Not sure if any of the other pastas are good, or it's better to order something else.
Really good food! Was a good experience as a tourist to the area. Service was good. I had the 'Anthony' panini which was very good!Parking: Parking was limited to maybe 10.or 15 cars on the premises but plenty of street parking.

We love eating at La Bottega. They have the best soups, salads, and bruschette. I have been eating here for years with my husband, with my kids, and with the girls. It is casual but nice. The waitstaff is very friendly, especially Giovanni (spelling?). I look forward to going back.

The food was good. Here's what I didn't like. I ordered a lunchbox and was hungry because I had gone earlier for pre surgical testing and couldn't eat before my appointment. I asked if I could sit at a table and was told no. I don't live near Roslyn but 35 mins away. I ordered a salad and a panini. So my panini was cold when I got home. The lady giving my food almost forgot my drink. I had to remind her. Here's the worst part the parking lot. Omg! Tiny and to get out good luck. Unless you have a mini cooper. There's a tiny driveway out between two buildings.

My family and I love La Bottega in Roslyn!!! We order take from there about 4-5 times a month. Their soups, paninis, pastas, salad, pizza, and any items I didn’t mention are delicious and generously portioned. We’ve never had a bad meal from La Bottega. The service for dine in has been excellent even when it’s busy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My pick up orders have always been ready by the pick up time.The restaurant is small and it tends to get very crowded and noisy from Thursday-Saturday. There is a small parking lot but that gets full quickly.
