The hotel has excellent and courteous desk service, responding to our many needs as we were hosting a few families. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and our harbor side rooms were quiet. One of our room’s hvac system was not working well and another room had loose plumbing fixtures. We mentioned these things to staff, but did not want them repaired during our hectic visit. Pros: - Comfortable bed (nice pillows) - Late checkout (12pm) - Good location for downtown Roslyn - Tasty breakfast Cons: - Musty smell in room - Expensive breakfast - Bad coffee - Sign indicating that they would charge you $150 for makeup stained towels (the towels were ok but not worth that much) - This was an unwelcoming sign
