Always love going here! The ambience is welcoming, and the service is exceptional. We went with two of our friends, and sat at a lovely table in the corner upstairs. The lighting and the atmosphere was excellent, and conducive to great conversation. The baked brie and Braz short ribs are always my faves and did not disappoint! our waiter was excellent, and attentive. Can't wait to come back!

The food was delicious! Even our house made whipped butter was awesome! Our tuna tartare starter was deliciously fresh. The salad was crisp and lightly well dressed. The ahi tuna main course had great flavor and phenomenal texture wise. My little brother enjoyed his steak and seasoned shoestring fries. My mom loved her snapper special. Desserts were also great; gelato was nice and creamy.

The service was excellent and for the most part the food was very good with a few exceptions. The pork chop was a bit dry and the sweet potato side order was a bit soupy The calamari and the crab cake were both superb

Entering thyme restaurant we were struck by the high noise level and the cramped seating. While The food was acceptable but the atmosphere made for an extremely unpleasant dining experience. The noise level was off the charts. Seating was tight with everyone on top of each other. Would never recommend this restaurant.

Such a cute little brunch spot in Roslyn! We were seated quickly and ordered a peach Bellini and mimosa. They gave out drinks along with a complimentary scone with cinnamon butter, which was delicious. Food came quick and service was good. Adorable view of the pond nearby. Valet service was clutch too.

Blt scrambled egg sandwich. Brioche roll was stale. Very little avocado, tomato was tasteless. greens had no dressing at all. Egg and bacon were fine. Scones were fantastic, if a bit small. Very noisy, first floor felt very cramped.

Always love the food, music and service at Thyme but not a fan of the seating upstairs. It feels very detached from the restaurant ambiance and definitely needs a refresh. This is the second time we have been seated upstairs and both times we felt like it wasn't a special dinner evening. Other than that, everything else is good.

1. Hostess was impatient and rude while seating2. There was a HUGE bug on the ceiling (picture attached) that was moving at a fast pace above people’s food around the restaurant and when I brought it up to the waiter, he gaslit us into accepting the fact that it was normal and nature exists instead of doing anything about it. So we ate our food in a hurry while we kept an eye on it zooming around the restaurant wall. So gross. They also said the bug was far away from me and I shouldn’t worry. But what about the other guests that it was right on top of?3. They’re also not accommodating on their brunch menu. Asked for a coffee instead of the cocktail that’s included because I don’t drink and he said no. Don’t know how coffee is more expensive than vodka and why that’s not an option in the first place? I was then charged $6 for the coffee on top of the normal brunch menu.Paid $46 for an egg white omelette and coffee.
Fantastic service and great food! Thyme catered my retirement party in my home and they did such a great job. They kept the party going by serving everyone food and drinks and they were cleaning all throughout so that when it was all over you couldnt even tell that we had 35 or more people in the house for 5 hours! I highly recommend Thyme!

Ambience was lovely, as always. The fish dishes two of us had were not quite as good as at some past times. The salmon was slightly overdone; the blackened grouper was a bit bland. Side dishes were good as always, and the deserts we had were excellent. Service was very good - friendly and timely.
