Small portions, stale bread, very skimpy on dressing and toppings. The family that owns this shop is very frugal and cuts corners so the quality and quantity is not there. Go to Subway in Glenville, it's so much better there!

Hours of operation are not accurate. I spent money on Uber to arrive to the location at 9:27pm just to find the doors locked & employees inside. People are coming to spend their hard earned money with you just to end up wasting $15 on the way there & home.

Nice workers just don’t take any coupons nor subway app rewards.
I ordered a 6” Italian BMT meal with soda and chips, came to $11.11. As I was leaving he stopped me and saying he only charged for a drink. I asked what the difference would be and he said 1.94 extra. That was full price for his error. Not worth it for a small bag of chips. Plus he threw my receipt out.

Had an order for delivery in the owners sent out tuna that clearly was foul smelling and taste raw. Hardly ate the sandwich maybe took two bites out of a foot-long and offered to bring it back. Didn’t want a refund just wanted another sandwich to be remade, but they refused to acknowledge it and hung up the phone and said they can’t do anything about it, even after being charged. Terrible customer service

They were unprofessional, did not answer the phone when we called to put in an order for pick up. When we went to the store after calling several times. We asked if they took coupons. They said u do not need coupons time get the same deal. We ordered, they made the sandwiches then charged full price. We reminded them they said we get the same deal as the coupons. They then processed to start cussing at us and telling us we were not welcome back. They do NOT have customers as it is. Now I see why.

My only 2 complaints are the roast beef did not look fresh, it was dark and dry looking. My second complaint is why is the credit card machine asking for tips? Lowest tip option was 15%. Or skip. Btw subway didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to ask for a tip? Especially when yes your employee made me a sandwhich but he didn't bring it to my table.

Okay, so everyone knows at this point that only fools would pay for a full price Subway sandwich... The meat is cut so thin, it is translucent. However, the price does become acceptable when coupons are applied.Unfortunately, this location does not even accept coupons! I struggle to understand why a franchise would refuse coupons, as that is part of the "cost" of being associated with Subway. If you don't like being affiliated with Subway, open your own off-brand sandwich shop. Of course, if the location owner actually responds to this review, they will spout some nonsense about being "sorry for the experience" or the easy-out of "supply chain issues" to justify refusing company coupons. How about simply confessing to being a selfish, dishonorable, deceitful pig?So why 1 star? Because this location posts their refusal to honor company promises inside near the ordering line where you are already committed to making your purchase. Absolutely despicable practice all around.

Moved from Albany to Rotterdam for a change of scenery and also what changed was how businesses operate here, particularly Subway. It's kind of bizarre to me they don't take their own coupons. During a time when people are trying to find quick eats and support a business, but get bonked for using their own incentives to purchase products. It really just comes to laziness. It's a reimbursement the business will get. In a nutshell, it's a chore for this business to do a part of their job that involves incentive and generating revenue.
The cost does not equal the quality of product or the service.
