I really enjoyed my [Salad & Chicken wrap] at Cava - it was amazing! The food definitely has potential. However, the atmosphere felt a bit too fast-foody for me. While I appreciate the quick service, I think a slightly more relaxed ambiance, similar to Chipotle or Habit Burger (my other favorite chains), would make the dining experience even better.

Can’t believe I found myself in the review section because it’s unlike my normal. But I had to express the complete dissatisfaction in this Cava location. While in this particular location me and my partner would treated with such disrespect and blatant disregard. Every word spoken from the employees had tone and attitude when engaging. From the women making our bowls to the woman checking us out at the register. I walked out of the establishment in disbelief that people find it okay to make patron feel that uncomfortable. When asking for extra sauces we were told we would be charged extra which was not a problem at all but the employees felt obligated to remind us on serval occasions as if we weren’t equipped to fulfill our bill. Read between those lines as you should. Won’t be returning to this location.

Me and my wife went to Cava for the first time and we were very satisfied with the experience. She liked her Greek salad and I liked my sweet and spicy chicken pita. We also loved the cucumber mint lemonade. We were glad that there were gluten free options for my wife who has celiac. The service was great and the restaurant+bathrooms were clean. Cava has been my #1 place to go for a quick, healthy, satisfying and affordable meal for about 2 years now! Staff is always busy preparing, restocking, and serving the customers! Manager Aftab always helpful, hardworking, and nice! Cory also one of the stuff members so kind, attentive, and big smile on his face!
