Used to have great Italian pastry but now it's really off. The canoli was watery and no flavor with an overly thick shell. Oh well... things change. I think they sold to new owners.

Went there to get a couple sweets after lunch. I was in the area and never have been there. People had a very unwelcoming personality. I ordered a slice of carrot cake and 4 cookies. He just dropped the carrot cake in the bake and the three the cookies on top of the cake in the same bag. I asked for at least some sort of plate or fork and they didn’t have anything. Such a weird experience.

The ABSOLUTE MOST INCREDIBLE bakery in the area of Rye Brook! I seriously have tears of joy because they made a phenomenal cake that was better than I could have imagined. Not to mention the chocolate with chocolate mousse filling was ridiculously amazing!!! The truly went above & beyond! I highly recommend them not only for their candy, specialty cakes, but they have superb customer service, as well. 1M star review :-)

Their frosting calligraphy is beautiful but everything creamy in their base cake (Shadow Cake) is very salty and I find it hard to believe that anyone can fully enjoy this flavor. I hate wasting money and it hasn't made me physically ill so I will eat this overpriced nut-free cake but I would be embarrassed to serve this cake at any occasion. I understand now why they don't sell individual slices at this bakery. No one would ever buy the full size cake after taste testing it.

Ceaser, at Cerbones Bakery did my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday cake. He did a fantastic job. Everyone love it its the best cake we ever had. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday cake so good and delicious it leaves Everyone talking about it. You the best!!

Cerbone's makes some of the prettiest baked good I've ever seen, BUT the taste never lives up to the designs. AT best, the cakes and pastries are tastless, but more often than not, you'll wind up with stale baked goods. It's happened to me twice now, and there won't be a third time. I'll take my business elsewhere before I'll put up with stale baked goods. Oh, and the employees are usually very rude.

Check your orders carefully while you are still in the bakery! I went into Cerbones with my in-laws to purchase a few things. Upon arriving to the car I noticed that they accidentally pulled 4 small cookies from the wrong row. Went back in and asked for the cookies from the bottom shelf. The young lady proceeded to want to charge me $2.80. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for the wrong cookies. She said that I did not ask for the bottom row and that they don't take items back. After some back and forth I said to just give me a refund and as the lady was going to give me cash, the manager asked if it was paid by credit card to which I said yes (as my father-in-law treated the family to various items). He proceeded to tell me that he would only refund the money to the credit card. In the end, there was way too much back and forth for $2.80. The lady and manager were rude and I was in disbelief that they made such an issue for 4 small cookies costing under $3. It surprises me that they prefer to lose customers in this way. After looking at other Yelp reviews, I see I am not the only one that has been given poor treatment.

Bought a custom cake for my fiancés birthday and we were all blown away. The detail and creativity on this cake was unreal! It also tasted so so good. Thank you so much!

I went to Cerbone's and ordered a Graduation Cake for my son who needs a Nut Free Option. I also had him choose cookies and purchased a 2lb tray of the ones he chose. He only wanted 3 types of Cookies. My friend picked the cake and cookies up for me. They were completely disorganized and could not find the cookies. Then they came out of the back with a tray. The cookies were all the wrong ones and told her that it was it. It was covered so she did not know. She trusted them. They put a few of the ones he picked on top of a random tray of cookies. I called them about it after the party because it was too late at the time. I spoke to 2 managers who insisted that I was wrong and I got what he picked. I DID NOT !!!! They did not care and were rude and told me it was too bad and there was nothing they could do. Of course there was. I will never use that bakery again and hope you will learn from my misfortune.

We were in the area visiting friends and were blown away by the dessert. It was a macaron topped pastry topped cake. There were layers of creme fresh with berries in between layers of flaky pastry. It was so rich and decadent.

Kosher Nut Free Bakery. Great selections. Cakes are all amazing. Always get compliments when we bring their cakes w/ us 2 Parties so that our oldest w/ a severe peanut allergy can have some desert.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I paid a lot of money for a custom cake that not only was incorrect on pickup (even though we went thru the order twice) but it dyed everyone’s mouths and hands blue, as well as my clothes! The entire sides collapsed on cutting the cake too. These people are super disorganised, and generally lacking in customer service and know how. I should have read the reviews before wasting all that money.
