I love Dunkin. But I tried using Uber eats, and they got 2 orders wrong. I just wanted a strawberry donut with sprinkles & a chocolate donut. It’s not for me, it’s for the kids. But please read carefully, so it doesn’t happen again or for other customers.

Dunkin' Donuts is really great. Fast service good food including their donuts Etc. You can sit down and have a conversation without hearing loud music enjoying your tea coffee Etc. Can't go wrongParking: Convenient parkingWheelchair accessibility: I did not see any restrictions for someone using a wheelchair entering the building.

I hate to say this, but the employee couldn't even understand what I wanted. Another employee who spoke English had to keep going back and forth explaining what I wanted.

Best Dunkin in the area. Staff is very friendly and super fast service. When I go in the morning there might be 6 people in line in front of me and my order is taken in 2 minutes. By the time I get to pickup area coffee is waiting and sandwich is ready in a few minutes. Great customer experience!

Good Dunkin with fast service and English speakers.
It was horrible and the manager was nasty and didn’t know how to fix their own mistake. I fixed it for them…if u r a manager u should be able to fix things and figure things out…had a nice chat with corporate!!!!

The service here has gotten very bad even for a Dunkin Donuts. While the morning staff is not bad, the afternoon is truly awful. The amount of times they have gotten orders wrong recently that I felt I had to write a review about this place, I am starting to think they are doing it on purpose. Prices are the same as Starbucks down the street, so why can't you hire the same quality of staff?

For some reason their staff cannot distinguish the difference between a vanilla cream and Bavarian cream!! Has gotten worse over the past few months. Every weekend I ask for a vanilla cream and come home to realize it's a Bavarian cream, or even jelly! One of them even looked like it had a bite taken out of it. No quality control!

This Dunkin' is the best one in the Rye/Portchester areal for sure. The morning rush can be a bit slow but the coffee is always spot on. I order Med Iced coffee or frozen coffee and they taste and look the best. The place is clean and the donuts aren't stale or old tasting.
